Hotel is very close to the main street, there is no sound from the trains at night, the room we booked is big with 4 wardrobes, there is an underground car park which we booked in advance. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good as well, will definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely, modern hotel! Really spacious room for 4 adults with lounge area and balcony. Beds were super comfy and the complimentary bar of Cailler chocolate and bottle of water each was a lovely surprise - thank you! Would like to have stayed longer!

I loved this hotel. So much convenient from the train station since its located towards the end of platform. The staff is great in welcoming you. They have tea/coffee station of you want to wait.. They also give you city pass which is great money saver. The rooms have great view. The breakfast was amazing.. Lot of options plus they give you parcel packets if you want to pack some. The hotel is homage to Freddie Mercury who is a singer, so u will find lot of his pictures etc. The lady at reception, can't remember her name. She was so helpful and pleasant in welcoming. They also had two big bars of chocolate in the room for you which was so great to see.

Couldn't be better right at the train station convenient when doing day trips to the nearby cities. Short walk to the lake. Be sure to request the top floor to enjoy the sunset on the lake from the balcony. The staff was very nice and helpful. We got great restaurant recommendations which were excellent.

Location! Literally on the station platform so fantastic for getting there and for trips from base yet a 5 minute walk down to Lake and promenade. Fabulous views from shared balcony area. Great shower. Good breakfast selection.

Supper easy to get to from the train station, just walk along to the end of platform 1. Exceptional staff, everywhere very clean and the room, bed very comfortable and excellent breakfast. 10 min walk from Lake Geneva, shops and cafes.

Afte 4 weeks on the road in Europe staying in A and B etc apartments, it was so great to stay in a quiet, clean, roomy comfortable new hotel, right on the train station and run by a very attentive staff that really cared about our stay. The bed was a king bed (the best ) and a walk around deck to see the city and a full breakfast, including eggs and hot meats.

Excellent location for train station. Easy access to lake, near an escalator for journey up from lake. Fab view from our balcony on 5th floor. Comfortable bed and room had everything needed. Hot shower and nice bathroom

Everything about the hotel was top class. Staff was very very supportive and helped us with all our doubts... The best part about the hotel is the closeness to the station ( please do not follow Google Map!!!!)... it is a minute away from platform 1... We had the family room (4 beds) and it was HUGE... with enough and more space for our bags!!

Inability to pay in cash.

Direct access to the hotel from 1 platform of the railway station. Great staff !!! Ability to use the Montreux Riviera Card, which gives : free public transportation throughout the Riviera ; 50% off all museums ; and 20% off to several exciting places further away from the Riviera.

When we checked in we didn’t realise there was no bar in the hotel, but, it’s so close to good bars and restaurants it didn’t matter.

Fridge was hard to open.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. We came by train and the hotel was literally at the end of the platform. Double glazing meant no noise from trains though. Comfortable beds.

Put more love into the breakfast buffet. Everything was delicious, but it lacked a little love.

The hotel is very central, close to the train station, nevertheless with closed windows, the room was quiet. The personnel is exceptionally professional and makes the guests feel welcome and cosy. The room was very clean, the bathroom sparkled and even in the shower, which is critical in most hotel rooms, was spotless. I loved it and i especially loved the many Freddy Mercury themed pictures, video screens, and little details referring to him. Great job!!!
