We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFor the price... Rooms are small; the breakfast wasn't that great - fresh baked goods and eggs made to order would have been nice; no outlets for Normal full size EU plugs (laptop cords, hair dryer, etc). It was also a bit further from town than expected (every ½ hr- 1 hr for the bus).
The hostess was super nice and helpful with information on outings, restaurants and navigating the public transit. The view from our balcony was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel is conveniently located near Interlaken, with beautiful lake views. plenty of (free) parking available.

IndiaThe backdoor of the garden studio was see through with transparent curtains for it . The room service was not done properly , fresh towels were not given , we stayed for 4days and the bedsheets werent changed . They folded and kept out used towels , the rooms werent swept or cleaned at all .Also there is no restaurant nearby and no lunch and dinner facility at the property.

United StatesThe only negative was that some smoking was happening on other balconies, something that the hotel prohibits. Not sure there is much the can do about it.
We liked every aspect of the stay. Room had a great view of the lake, bed was comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious plus varied every day. Will for sure be coming back to stay again.

Location incredible, breakfast excellent, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Studio was large and well furnished, off street parking provided, nice area to sit outside and terrace opposite with spectacular views. Train noise not an issue as none running when we were sleeping. 5 minutes walk from bus stop and station plus lovely brewery tap room close by in village.

United StatesIt does get a bit humid and hot in the summer, so we would have appreciated air conditioning or stronger fans. Nevertheless, leaving the windows open at night helps to keep the room cool.
Had a wonderful stay here. The lovely staff there gave us a free upgrade to a lake view room due to a mix-up. Stunning views from the room and balcony. A short walk to the lake, which is helpful since we went for a light swim to cool off.
