We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Brazilit‘s ski in and ski out hotel, but didn’t have any snow, so we stayed the entire week without being able to ski directly, and had to drive 40min to another mountain. when it started snowing, it was hard to drive up and drive down as it was too slippery and the car almost fell down the clip.
beautiful mountain resort with nice rooms, spa and views. the foods were great too.

We were surprised to be upgraded from the Lodge due to renovations. The Resort was amazing! Very friendly team, awesome spa and great rooms. Loved our stay!

SwitzerlandWe overall enjoyed the hotel restaurant (be aware that there are not many other food options in the area). Breakfast selection is OK but not amazing. Also once or twice there were glitches with the meals (don't order the Alpina bowl, very disappointing) and sometimes service and food service was very slow. However, the staff was very welcoming and attentive and managed the situation well
Great find! Beautiful hotel in pretty yet quiet village. The hotel is newly renovated and has a nice restaurant, also with good vegan and vegetarian options, and also a small spa. The views are breathtaking. Come here to relax and unwind, we slept really well: the rooms are quiet and the bed very comfortable. We felt well taken care of by the staff.

Switzerlandtotally down-sized in comparison to the previous operators. absolutely no hospitality, very limited opening hours of the reception, standard breakfast with out eggs road to the hotel was not cleared (it did not snow during or shortly before our stay). We could not drive up to the hotel and had to rely on the limited shuttle service. restaurant is good, but over-priced no good value for money, over-prized
