Our room was very warm and cosy. Was a good location as COOP was just down the road and plenty of food options were available close by. The kitchen facility was handy as well. We could walk to both Interlaken West & Interlaken Ost train stations.

The location was great. Friendly and accommodating staff, they let us keep our luggage there past check out! Quick communication. Not a 5 star hotel but definitely average for what we paid. Absolutely loved the little terrace for breakfast (and coffee was included).

Mould in the shower. The shower head wouldn't hang up. Very hot room. Stairs no lift. Smell of smoke from those smoking on the balcony off the kitchen. Poor equipment in the kitchen

There is no lift and the stairs is too narrow. Hard to climb up to 3rd floor with big luggage. Also the sensor light in the toilet is not very sensitive, it switches off even if you’re still inside. You need to come out of the shower room and dance so the sensor can detect the motion.

Location of the property is excellent. The balcony is a big help because the room is not very spacious. Without the balcony, it would be very hard to move around the room.

Self check-in very smooth. Great location around 5-10mins walk from central Interlaken. Room was spacious with separate dining/kitchen area/balcony. Family loved Interlaken and surrounding, we visited Lauterbrunnen with beautiful waterfall walk, climbed Harder Kulm for fantastic views over Interlaken and beyond, and went to Grindelwald First for sights and adventure - kids loved the Mountain Carts and Trottibikes.

Disappointing that they don’t issue tourist guest card that you are entitled to (discounts for chairlifts/transport etc.) with room access envelope.

An adequate basic, clean room. Fridge is in shared kitchen which has been reduced to a kettle and a microwave (note that stove cooktop no longer exists). Balcony good to sit out on and enjoy a beer. 15 min walk to Interlaken Ost train station or Wilderswil station (station to access Klein Scheidegg rail for hike up the top). Push door handle down when turning key to unlock room door.

It was a rustic older style building with a restaurant below, easy walk or bus into town etc. Lovely cafe/bakery across the road. Room was good value for the money

The 2nd bedroom has no windows (only a skylight), and so the ventilation isn't so good. A fan was provided to help. The main bedroom has a king bed on one side and a single twin bed on the other, so 3 of our 5 people slept in that room.

The views off the balcony and the back window were fantastic as seen in the pictures I uploaded. The flat is on the top level of the building and has the balcony you can see in the picture they have of their building. The beds were particularly comfy and each person got their own comforter. Easy 20 minute walk from Ost station and walking distance to anything in Interlacken. There is a bar on the street level of the building but it didn't cause us any issues - we actually loved having it there and spent a night drinking and eating good food there. Interlacken itself is stunning.

The host was very difficult to contact. We were meant to be given bus passes which we didn't get until the day before leaving, after multiple requests. The shower drain was clogged and there were hairs in the bathroom from previous guests.

The staff does not respond to messages no matter how many times you message them, even though they state you can message them on booking.com or WhatsApp at any time. Many other reviews also state this so I think they just don't reply to anyone. There is no place to leave luggage on check-in or check-out days (luckily luggage storage at Interlaken Ost station was not too expensive). There was a skylight window on the roof right on top of the bed (as our room was on the top floor) so it was impossible to sleep when it rained due to the loud noise of the rain on the glass. We booked the room as a twin room with two separate beds but it was made into a double bed.

The location was great, about 10-15 mins from Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost stations. The room was very cosy and clean, and had a private bathroom and balcony which was very nice. We were on the top floor so it was quiet in terms of noise from other people and from outside (we couldn't hear the buses etc from the top floor). There is access to a small kitchen so you would also be able to cook if you wanted to. It is not as outrageously priced as other places in Interlaken so being able to book this more affordable accommodation actually made it possible for us to visit this beautiful place. It was better than what we had expected considering the much cheaper price compared to other places nearby.

The drumming sounds from the music played in the bar below till about midnight would not suit someone who wants to sleep earlier. A couple of coathangers would have been helpful.

The room was spacious for a single,good view from the window, great shower, looked new and very clean. Coffee making facility in the room is good and was very useful to me. The flat screen television is large enough for the size of the room,and the wifi was very good.

There was no staff available to help. I left my very nice jacket in one of the closets and in spite of constantly trying to reach someone I was not successful in getting my jacket back. I sent messages and called but no one was there to help. This really was very concerning because if you can’t reach a real person to help if needed then it makes this property less desirable . I wish that the property management would look into hiring some help that would actually respond to the visitors concerns but there was absolutely no one to talk to.

As many other reviewers already said, the wooden floor makes a lot of noice and there is no proper isolation between rooms so you can hear your neighbors. There is no elevator so it can be challenging to pass the steep stairs if you have big luggage like we did. The door from the bathroom was not functioning well, it was challenging to keep it closed

Location was good, there was a bus stop right below the apartment . The apartment was clean. Even though the contactless check in was a bit weird (with a key in the envelope below) it worked fine for us.

The shower attachment didnt hold the shower up and the hose is bent so you have to hold it too shower. Also the two lights by the bed work but don’t stay put so they need to be wedged on the side - not great but easily fixed I’m sure.

Its location was great. The fact there was a lounge/kitchen too was an added bonus. We asked for a couple of things and got them quickly - very good service. Also loved the pub being shut for 2 days.

I got the whole package I needed, I'm totally satisfied with my residence at your hotel. However, the only downside was the wooden floor, which was extremely noisy when stepped on.
