You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Breakfast was a feast! Room with a view was a lovely surprise. I won’t stay anywhere else on future trips to St Galen

HungaryFor breakfast as a gluten-intolerant I would love to see some corn flakes or rice muesli, or some scrambled eggs, but there was only gluten-free bread on request and boiled eggs, that’s it.
I like the location, the cleanliness, the staff! Amazing hotel in general. The lady at the breakfast made such a perfect almond milk latte that I almost cried.

GermanyFloor was not clean enough with some dust at the corner, with sunlight one can see small dust flying in the air. No disposable slippers were provided. The elevator button on 6th floor had some problem.
Breakfast and location were perfect. Self-check-in was also nice and the staffs were very friendly. The room was quiet and nice, I like the style.

NetherlandsVery new hotel with amazing Japanese style breakfast (also European breakfast options available) It is super close to the train station and has a beautiful view on St Gallen from hotel rooms. We didn't know initially what to expect as there were no reviews yet (the hotel opened on July 14), but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and affordable price. The hotel also has a finished sauna that all guests can use, and soon there will be a Japanese style hot tub!

RomaniaThe room was small, looks and feels like a prison cell, made of concrete, with a tiny metal wardrobe, and no minibar, but you have the benefit to hear every car that passes on the road (earplugs are provided for those that can bare them). Coming by car was an adventure, as you have to squeeze the car in between two parts of a construction yard. there are no helpers for luggage and the storage room was transformed in a meeting room, so you have to diminish the already small space of your cell-room with the luggage.
The location is good, if you want something near the railway station. Breakfast was good enough. It has a garage, which is a positive point. It has a coffee machine in the room. Necessary explanation: my answer from above, saying the room is fitted for the category "business travellers"" should be interpreted as for ""salesmen who just need a place to lay their head down before hitting the road again next day""!

AustriaWe expected a decent queensize bed with the usual Measurements 152-160 x 200 what we got as two adults was a 140x200 bed on 13 square meters we didn‘t even know how to unfold our suitcase in that shoebox of a room. The „gym“ or how they described it „workout“ was a teeny tiny room with one yes really one bike ergometer in it. I don‘t know how they could call this „workout area“ that’s a total joke. Parking is an additional 25fr a day in the garage. The price we paid for that audacity of a room will never be forgotten since I had like 2 hours of sleep a night. Open a window for fresh air and also get the whole street concert… the hotel should not rent out those rooms as double rooms I’m upset that I spent that much money for such a horrible stay.
Great breakfast! Good coffee awesome bread varieties friendly staff. Sauna and hot tub were perfekt.
