Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe design had several unsafe features that did not meet the International Building Code. The first concern, is that the doors for the guest rooms had a deadbolt lock without a thumb latch. That meant you had to use your key to lock yourself in your room and to get out. If there was any reason why you needed to quickly escape and you can’t locate your key, you will be stuck in your room until you can locate it. Also, if your spouse wanted to leave the room for any reason, they can’t lock the door because you will be stuck in the room with no way out. The second concern, is the main stairs doesn’t provide for fire separation between floors. Thereby the stairs serve like a fireplace flue that allows fire and smoke to travel throughout the hotel plus eliminating the stair as an emergency exit.

Hard to rate this hotel as stayed here only one night. However, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Did not eat at the restaurant for dinner, but did stop in for some drinks with friends. The staff was very friendly, even providing me with a couple shots of grappa as I had never tried and had a recent birthday.

United KingdomThere was no kettle provided in the room, no bathrobes provided in the bathroom and the breakfast buffet spread, though delicious, did not include any hot/cooked options.
Our train from Tirano to St. Moritz was delayed and the Hauser Hotel shuttle bus finishes at 6pm... but a quick call to the hotel and the delightful Christina arranged for one of the restaurant workers to collect us. It was bitterly cold and this kind gesture was greatly appreciated, so a HUGE thanks to Daniel for being an absolute superstar. The Hauser Hotel is best described as welcoming, functional and supremely comfortable. The rooms are large, well-appointed and the beds and bedding fantastic. The bathroom was probably one of the best I have seen in 20 years of travel: the toilet and shower are set in separate glass cubicles and the water pressure truly glorious. Organic Swiss toiletries from Soglio are supplied and are simply fantastic. All in all, everything one wants from a hotel in a cold location like St. Moritz. But that's not all. The restaurant is lovely, warm and welcoming and the food at dinner was superb. Fairly priced by St Moritz standards and all three courses were beautifully presented and delicious. The same room is used for the morning breakfast buffet and the spread was fair and comprehensive, though no hot food was provided.
