None. It’s in their policy to do basic cleaning (washing of dishes, dry the plates and cutleries put them back, remove bedsheets and linens). We did not mind this.

Its so convenient, its proximity to the train station just a 2 minute walk. The Hotel is clean, apartment is complete with fridge, dishwasher, oven and stove. They provide dishwashing tablets, bath towels, kitchen towels, kitchen sponge and dish soap. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery, waterfalls, glacier mountains, restaurants, convent stores and lively villages.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. We loved the balcony overlooking the train tracks and fabulous location incharming Meiringen.

They could provide toiletries during the stay, gaming room time could be a little more. Washing machines can be added as an additional facility. Prices were already on the higher side and then we had to pay additional city tax which should be included in the cost, in my personal opinion.

Location was excellent, very beautiful, near the railway station. Apartment was neat and clean, as expected, and had a nice view from the balcony. Kitchen had everything one needed. Gaming room was good for kids to enjoy their day.

Coffee machine in my room didn’t work. The reception area says coffee center but they don’t have it any longer.

The staff was professional. She was quite busy and dealing with a lot of rude clients but managed to be friendly with me. The room was clean and location was good.

Great location right by the station. Still very peaceful despite the proximity of the railway line. Apartments were lovely. Very clean, well equipped. Good facilities for children - an indoor playroom and outdoor play area. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Great location being between interlaken and luzern. It's an absolutely modern property with spacious rooms. Mornings are magical and stunning with views from personal balcony with a hot cup of tea.

The wifi did not work for 2 days during my stay of 4 days and I ended up spending more on data. On ground floor with the balcony, the grass is not even cut. I could also see some webs in two room.

- check-in at 16.00. We arrived at 15.55 and were told that our room was not ready, that we could play in the children's room and wait. Considering that we have two children and one is 7 months old, this was very inconvenient. We arrived 40 minutes later and I had to stand in line again to get the keys. After that, we only entered the room at 5:00 p.m., which was dirty! Sticky tables with hair, hair in the bathtub, unwashed floor, black mold in the shower. I went to the reception and told about it. They did it and said they would clean it up. In the meantime we went to dinner. Returning at 20.00, I find that the cleaning lady was there, but everything remained as it was! She straightened the curtain and towels! that's funny. I didn’t investigate further because it was time for the children to go to bed and we arrived for the weekend, having lost 2 hours checking in and changing our plans. - Keep in mind that the sauna is in another building, you need to go across the street. Saina is open from 12.00 to 19.00. -Before moving out, you need to clean the apartment, even take off your linen!!! is this 4 stars?! What do the cleaners do??? Check-out is at 10:00 sharp. That is, you checked in at 16.00 if you were lucky in a dirty room and then by 10.00 you have to clean and check out! haha - Parking is paid - 10 francs per day. The room costs 230 euros per night and you also have to pay for parking.

The only plus is the location in the city center.
