We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNothing was wrong with the stay. While we were there this stay, they had a terrible tragedy. The weather caused flooding and landslides. They flooded, which is devasting to them, however their first concern were their guests. They made sure we were safely out and taken to adjacent properties to get warm and then had us moved to hotels that had not been affected. All the while they were devasted what had happened to them. I'm so sorry they went through this loss. I'm sure they will rally and be better than before.
This was our second time staying here. It is a fabulous hotel with exceptional staff. The hotel is beautiful with all the carved wood. They greet you like you are family, even on our first visit. The location is great close to restaurants, shops and the train station. The free bus picks you up right under the bridge to easy access to the Matterhorn express and many other areas around. The rooms are large with all the extras you could want. The chocolate treats at days end sweeten your stay. You'll love your stay here.

SwitzerlandMany of the hotels we have stayed at in Zermatt offer free shuttle to and from the train station. The shuttle here is a cost and quite expensive for multiple people. For the cost of the hotel it seems this should be included.
