This apartment had the most comfortable bed we slept on in Switzerland/Italy. It was such a relief to sleep on a comfortable bed again! I liked that it is a short walk to restaurants and stores in the town. You can hear the sound of the water from the creek across the street which is a nice vibe. The apartment is on the second or third floor (I can't remember which). The building has an elevator to help with your bags. It's just a 1 person elevator behind the stairwell.

The bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable, but we still slept well. We didn't receive a guest card upon arrival for Kandersteg. Thankfully, we were still able to receive a discount on the gondola.

Mario was very easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and cute! We enjoyed the great location for the price very much. Also, the view from the room was really beautiful.

Just two points we think would be good to improve Pillows - we slept badly because of this Internet connection - impossible to surf, it's very slow and rejects us all the time

Mario is very welcoming! Responsive and helpful. He prepared drinks for our arrival which was very nice. The studio is very clean being in a building that is nice and quiet. The location is just perfect, in the center close to everything as well as the cable car up to the lake.

I like to receive message from host the day before arrival confirming details like directions, access, key etc. I had to message host to ask these details.

Very nice studio apartment. Great styling. Small but very spacious. Very comfortable for two people. The owner was very responsive to set up the fold out bed for us. We did feel the one double bed was too small for sleeping myself and my adult daughter. We were more comfortable in separate beds. Great location - short, flat walk from train station and supermarket not far away. Handy to have a kitchen to cook our dinner and breakfast. We would stay here again.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable you could feel the wood boards below. I stayed there myself so the extra blanket was used as padding so it was ok then to layout.

It’s perfectly located in the small village right next to a great bakery and pizza place. It is a hidden gem. A good tough was beer and juice in the fridge.

Absolutely amazing. Mario was extremely helpful and if I required anything he would give me a speedy reply. The apartment was extremely modern with a beautiful view of the mountains and Mario also gave complimentary drinks and coffee on the house as well as cleaning during the stay. Would come back to stay here again, everything was perfect. The apartment was situated very close to many restaurants, with most being a maximum of 10 minute walk as well as the train station only being a 5 minute walk. All of the cable cars were extremely close and within walking distance of around 20 minutes from the apartment.

Perfect for two, but the sofa bed for the third person is incredibly uncomfortable and has no mattress. It was barely possible to sleep. The two in the double bed were very comfortable though!

The studio was perfect for two people with excellent equipment for cooking.We found coffee milk and beers offered at our arrival and the host was very rapid and helpful when we had some questions. We definitely recommend it for a stay in the mountains

The wifi didn't work when we arrived. The pillows are basically flat. It's furnished as cheaply and minimally as possible. The towels were like sandpaper. I would not recommend this place.

We were given the wrong code to get into property so we stayed in the cold and rain for one and half hour trying to open the key box with 2 big suitcases and 2 …the contact phone I rang 4 times was not answered….asked all the shop owners who owned the place and how to contact them… very distressing and miserable…
