Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandThe object is called studio, but in fact it is just a hotel room. Studio is an apartment, but here there was no dining table, kitchen or even a pot. So the name is bit misleading, but the photos represent very well what you can expect.
The object is placed in hotel Europa, which is placed in very quiet city next to Sankt Moritz, which is at walking distance. Inside the hotel there are 2 restaurants providing some really good food for decent price. Overall the accommodation and the price are really great for the region.

IrelandHigh price for room reservation, breakfast and meals. There was a religious group staying on the same date and it was possible to hear them singing for hours without stopping, which caused some discomfort due to the noise.
The hotel is large and has a swimming pool. the upper floors have elevator access and there is more than one restaurant on site. The reception staff were attentive and friendly.

SwitzerlandNo info that this is Studio Champfer. All is labelled as Hotel Europa. We got to know only in the reception. We took 2 nights, - no room cleaning on Saturday - - no fresh soap and Shampoo :-(. Breakfast is not cheap - 25CHF per person. Very small TV display. Some receptionists are not that friendly (subjective) when they got to know we are from Studio Champfer - not directly from Hotel Europa booking.
Clean room, and bathroom. A lot of space, close to bus stop connection, Comfortable location to Cornviglia and Surlej slopes. Sauna and swimming POOL nice - OK. Nice space for evening chatting in hotel lobby. We were lucky for parking space. But could happen you are too late :-(

SwitzerlandThe studio doesn’t really benefit from the hotel cleaning service, but the hotel staff were kind/obliging - graciously provided extra towels. It was mostly clean though not quite pristine - a few details were missed(under the sofa bed) which I suppose can happen. However, the host would do well to replace the shower head and should provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room. In spite of those “gaps” we enjoyed our stay and feel the studio is great value for money and quite spacious.
The studio is in the Hotel Europa complex with great facilities - swimming, fitness, restaurant etc. It’s spacious, bright and perfectly located just about 6 minutes drive from the pistes, and is also a short walk to the forest.

BelgiumHad to pay 10 CHF extra for parking outside on hotel property. Ridiculous. Had to pay extra for bathrobes (also 10 CHF each) even though booking.com listed it as part of the offering. Receptionist couldn’t care less.

ItalyThe staff and the manager of the reception desk. they have been extremely insensitive about a request we made (change of e tyre because perforated). The night before they told us that the staff could help us and the morning after they told us that wasn’t able to do this saying that they were busy with the check out of the hosts… at the end we were host as well! very disappointed. furthermore the structure is old.
