We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomUnfortunately we weren't provided with the correct access code for the lock box to get into the apartment upon arrival. The host was quick to respond but we had to wait about 30mins to get the right code. I'm sure this was a one-off and shouldn't put people off going.
This property is really well situated and only a short walk to the main train station which takes you to the top of Bretaye ski area, and also connects you with the valley. We travelled from Geneva airport by direct train to Aigle, and then with the bus which stopped very close to the apartment in Villars. The room was really cosy and had great facilities. The pool and sauna area was nice and not very busy.

SwitzerlandWe booked last minute, a night before arrival and main reason for choosing this place was a sauna and a pool. Unfortunately they were not currently in use, but the decription was updated only after our booking and when asking about that. As a compensation, we got an option to get discount from the next stay. And there is Villars spa nearby which we visited (and paid for entrance). The sofa bed was not the best, it made noise everytime moving during the night. One night was ok, but longer stay would be frustrating. I hope it will be renewed.
The view is amazing from the apartment, and the apartment was very cozy and warm. Excellent and welcoming communication and informative materials sent before arrival.

Nice little studio in Villars. Very clean and homey. The view outside the balcony was outstanding. Collecting the keys and finding our way inside the building was straightforward, due to the detailed directions received beforehand by mail from the hosts. The old building of Hotel Bristol was really charming. Free parking was a plus.

United KingdomSlightly odd set up with the hotel reception still there. Maybe this could be converted into a lounge area or something? Just a small thing but the bedding was washed in very strong detergent and the scent was a bit overpowering! A little less would be great.
Great staff, every question was answered straight away and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Quick to respond and very helpful. The view is magnificent and the small touches are great. Really nice to relax after a long day on the slopes

Guillaume and Daniele were excellent hosts, very welcoming and made extra efforts to accommodate our travel schedule. The apartment is inside the former Bristol hotel and they have made a good effort for it to have a nice chalet vibe. We also really liked the Indian restaurant also situated in the hotel.
