Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We hope to come back many times as the hotel is truly one of our favourites so we look forward to experiencing another enjoyable and entertaining stay next year
The Strandhotel Restaurant Iseltwald is a charming retreat on the shores of Lake Brienz, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere in the Bernese Oberland . The hotel features a beautiful lakeside terrace where we enjoyed delicious meals with the local lake pike being a highlight amongst the fish dishes. Our room at the top had a gorgeous lake view and a small balcony under the roof The hotel is perfect for a peaceful getaway with its excellent dining and picturesque setting. It was our second stay here and we are already looking forward to coming back again to Iseltwald

LuxembourgBreakfast could be better and coffee did not taste good at all. There is an extra charge if you want cooked eggs or bacon. We've stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never seen this. Mattress was not so comfortable.
Balcony with view of the lake was fantastic. Room was clean and bathroom was modern. Waking up to the breathtaking view and having a drink on the balcony in the evening gave us some unforgettable moments.

Netherlands-Wasnt welcoming from our experienced during check in. There was nobody except us to check in, no que of guest but was such a feeling of hurry and there was like shouting to give instruction to a worker in between.Client service should be given priority after we came from a long trip and tired. -Agressive upselling from the restaurant guy during our dinner -Breakfast, only one coffee per person?You cant get it yourself.
-Location is pretty, few steps from bus stop.Overlooking the lake -Bathroom is modern, love the shower. -It has an option to eat in the hotel itself, we did our dinner which was excellent although the guy that served was doing agressive upselling repeatedly. -Bed was good for sleeping & we had a quiet night - Room has a balcony which give you a view to the lake. Hopelly no smoker as neigbour so you can sit comfortably -Breakfast was sufficient for regular cold food options

Bus schedule and ferry boat schedule was very confusing - would have liked more help from staff about it. Had we not had a car and only used that transportation, it would have been real issue.
