Traveling to the Train station up the Hill is a little bit difficult, but the free Bus is o.k. The same when traveling from the private Beach

Very Impressive Restoran, beautiful Garden, big Room, good Breakfast, free Taxi from and to the Hotel with Luggage. The private Beach is very romantic, but a little bit far away .

My partner had the vegetarian options for dinner, I would have appreciated her experience to be as great as my own, I believe there was an omelette (if I'm not mistaken) that did not quite meet the same level as her starter. This is not to say that it was not good, simply that I imagine that for my partner the overall experience was 9.99 out of 10, whereas mine was truly a 10 out of 10.

The manners the staff had and friendliness in their behaviour, they were warm and welcoming while being incredibly professional. The view was wonderful and the accommodation was beyond wonderful. Looking forward to go back to this amazing place, truly! I highly recommend the dinner, although the breakfast was also wonderful, the dinner was beyond expectation, as a very picky eater there was not a single thing I didn't like.

There are no supermarket or restaurant around the hotel.

The view of the hotel is fantasit that I can sit there all day. The lady at reception is really nice and helpful, otherwise male staff is to the contrary.

The breakfast was not varied, which is not good. There is no children's games room

The room size was very suitable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the balcony overlooked the lake, which was wonderful.

I had a great time at the Belvedere - I wish I had a Lake view but its totally fine because of how nice the view was at dinner and breakfast. Also, waking up to use that hot tub - really was a nice treat after a long business trip.

Little wait to be checked in after a 9 hour drive but when we were checked in it was fast and efficient. Great views and breakfast room was very generous and the Spa was lovely. The bar menu for eating was limited in the evening but the view from the terrace was breathtaking.

We had a wonderful stay. Good-sized room facing the lake and marina. Excellent facilities. The Spa was really lovely. The reception desk team was very forthcoming and helpful. In jungfrau region, much better to stay here, than in Interlaken.

A handle on the wall of the shower room. Though I haven't been in any hotel with this minor facility, albeit important.
