We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff is exceptionally friendly. They help and explain everything. Breakfast is superb, the additional offerings for wellness and rail tickets are great too. Its also a rustical style, which i like a lot.

United StatesThe room I had was small with a bathroom. someone upstairs where perhaps there is a dormitory was moving furniture when I was trying to go to sleep.
The staff was "over the top" with friendliness and service. I like the bus pass and ability to go over to the spa next door complimentarily even though I didn't have time to do so. The rooms were spotless.

SwitzerlandSoundproofing in the bedroom wasn't too good - I could hear the guests in the next-door room quite clearly There is only one shower/WC shared by a number of bedrooms, which could be a problem at times I would have preferred some background music at breakfast, as it's so quiet in the breakfast room that you are very aware of people's conversations around you

Rooms used for breakfast and dinner were so lovely! Beautifully decorated with nice lighting. Breakfast buffet was very good and substantial. We had dinner at the restaurant both nights and the food and service were excellent! We also enjoyed the large sitting room after dinner both nights. Quiet background music was a big plus!

Australia80€ in a taxi ….is that enough?? Didn’t realize it was so far from St. Moritz. Booking.com could add to this booking [catch the train to Pontresina-5min] for this hotel to get more people to stay here as they deserve.
So beautiful, very clean, very friendly staff, restaurant is amazing, so accommodating. Can catch the Bernina Express Line from here
