The hotel is cozy and graceful with wonderful room view. Besides, we especially want to thank the counter staff Natalie for her kindly assistance. She helped us to solve the parking and luggage problem with enthusiasm on 29 May since our check-in date was on 30 May. She also tried to find a better room type instead of original simple attic for us. Her shining smile, consideration and excellent services are so impressive. She is worthy of fully compliments. Everything was good. The rooms are clean and big. Breakfast was great too. There is a common tea/coffee station. The staff is very friendly and helping. But the view of the falls and the valley is the USP of this hotel.

Everything very special… All staffs very wonderful and kind service and help to guide me a lot. Adam provides lots of information by email before my trip. And once we met he and his staffs super nice. The hotel location very excellent. In front of Staubbach fall and can see fall from room. Breakfast really good and lots of fresh fruits. Provide free drink till 10pm. Bed set is good. Super Excellent!!

The view! Fantastic view. The friendly and helpful staff. The yummy breakfast. Do get a guest card from the reception to get a discount for trummelbach falls. They have a picnic room if you want to eat your cup noodles or stuff from the supermarket.

I thought the room layout was very odd. We had a double room. The bathroom sink was in the middle of the carpeted floor. The shower has a sign letting you know if you make a big water mess, get ready to pay 200+chf for your mess, but hey i don't blame them, the hotel is older. Bedding is definitely not meant for wide or tall people. We were only there one night so none of those things bothered us much.

I liked how friendly the staff were. The location to the falls is the best. Spacious parking lot. Great places to eat nearby. The free breakfast buffet was VERY good! You honestly can't beat how helpful Tristan is and the staff top notch!

Memorable stay , the room was clean , comfortable and cosy with postcard views of the waterfall through the windows. Being able to sit on our own balcony and enjoy the views was a bonus ! Breakfast daily was delicious with a nice selection of different items. The hotel is so conveniently located , with private parking on site & walking distance to all that Lauterbruunen has to offer & the hotel staff are all so helpful and friendly. Absolutely recommend if staying in this region .

Not the greatest room, would have liked my own bathroom.

I stayed in the attic room - which is just an attic, very small but had the most stupendous view. So that made up for the tight quarters and shared bathroom. Loved that they had free parking right in front. The breakfast was very good in the morning. The staff was super friendly.

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff person. We paid a bit extra for a view of Staubbach Falls and it didn't disappoint. The room was perfect for the two of us. The range of good available for breakfast was very good. The additional of a kitchen and dining area to prepare your own meals was an added bonus.

Blackout curtains would be helpful. For us, we went to sleep pretty early and got up pretty early, but for someone wanting to sleep a little longer in the morning, the light coming in the relatively lightweight curtains could be a problem.

The location was great. Balcony facing Staubbach Falls that any guest can go out on is very nice. Staff were very helpful and provided us with information about a good restaurant. We liked our room. It is about a 2-3 minute walk from the Dorf bus stop.

Room is outdated but cozy. Bathroom is very small but not a big deal. However, The sink is not really cool! so dated and faucet for hot and cold is separate. So when you wash your face you have to fill water in the sink with right temperature because of the faucet. Definitely unhygienic. That is my only issue with the hotel. the bathroom sink. they will burn your left hand first lol and the other side is cold.

Breakfast is good everyday! view of the room and the location of the hotel is amazing. Highly recommended for everyone with the view of the falls. So amazing view that u can take a picture in ur balcony
