Absolutely incredible stay here. The staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate my partners 30th birthday and make it special. The food is incredible. Choice for vegans too! The spa experience is wonderful. We really had a magic time and can't wait to come back one day. Thank you

Some of the facilities could be a bit renovated as well as table ware in the restaurant (glasses are overused to the point that can be perceived as dirty). Food was a bit below expectations set by the website.

Bedroom walls were thin. You could hear your neighbors easily next door. Pillows too soft and bed comforters too heavy/hot.

Perfect place where to stay if you’re planning on doing the hikes around. The hotel has a large wellness space with all kind of saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs. Perfect to relax! The food is really good as well, very nice staff, with a special note for the restaurant-bar manager, that was just exceptional, looking into the little details to make sure everything is perfect and always having a nice word for everyone, I’ve rarely seen someone as dedicated and professional 👌. Rooms are large and confortable, the only thing I may say is that in my opinion they are a little too basic, missing some charme/character/decoration. But overall, great place to stay, the lobby lounge with fireplace is very cost to have a drink or read after a long day. I will definitely come back!

Our room was very nice. The spa was great!! The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had. Dinner was also quite good. A great place to stay to do the Stoos Ridge Hike :)

While I had an overall great stay, I did find that the room on the 3rd floor could get quite hot during the summer. The fan provided was a bit noisy, and I believe air conditioning would be a much better option for guest comfort.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, offering a serene experience immersed in nature. The service was outstanding—staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fantastic communication. Highly recommend! 10+

No air con in the room so when it did get a bit hot, it was hard to sleep. Staff did suppy a fan but was still a little hot. Bit confusing to use the wellness area only if you're nude. Weren't given another option if you didn't want to sauna nude. Wpuld be good to have a smart TV so you can connect your own devices.

Everything was very clean and room was very comfortable. Staff were great to help out with info on things to do in the area. The wellness area was great to use.Breakfast also had a wide range of options.

The location is breathtaking, the staff is amazing, the beds and rooms are incredibly comfortable and well appointed, the amenities are top notch, and the ease of access to beautiful hikes and walks is so convenient. Getting to Stoos via public transportation is incredibly easy and affordable. I can't wait to return.

It would have been nice to be able to make coffee in the room. I stayed two nights and the first morning I left to hike before breakfast started, and the second I left early to get the first funicular of the day. Both days I left too early for the hotel breakfast at 7h30, so I would have appreciated being able to at least have coffee in the morning.

I loved my room with the beautiful mountain view, the afternoon menu was perfect for an early dinner, and it was such a treat to be able to use the sauna and whirlpool facilities, especially after hiking all day.

There was one waiter in the restaurant that was surly throughout the meal simply because I refused bottled water. The rest of the staff were excellent. It's a shame this one tarnished my experience.

I loved all, but my room was too hot for me for sleeping. I wish I could open that window wider for fresh air. But really, only minor detail. 😊

I had such a wonderful time and the weather was glorious. The Wellness area was great and never too crowded. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had everything one might desire. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Some of employees are rudely. No market or shops at the location but it’s not their fault. However, this hotel is impressive.

Location, Spa facilities and quiet hotel, it’s been designated for exceptional moments. The girl at reception offered me a room with balcony and upgraded me without extra fees. I will never forget my moments here.
