Stayed here because it was a bike hotel. Great location. Lots space in room and bathroom. Bathroom made a great drying room when wall heater was turned on.

Small, smelly room with stained carpet. No sound proofing with noise from neighbours next to room above and below. Heating on in underfloor in bathroom - goodness knows why in Summer?? Balcony overlooked a building site. No parking as priority for Hard Rock Hotel. Spengler Inn is just an annexe of the HR Hotel. To get to rooms is a long dark and dingy corridors. Staff rude. Arrived 45 minutes before check in time and no effort was made to see if room was ready. Was simply told come back at official check in time. Very disappointing for Switzerland let alone a resort such as David. Should have realised how bad it was as it was the cheapest hotel of our 3 week tour of Western Europe. Spengler Inn is simply the poor neighbour of the Hard Rock Hotel.

not very clean, dirty towels left in hallway, dirty floss stick left in room. lots of mildew on shower. very load and noisy with young men coming back from bars all night between 11pm-2 am making noise, yelling etc.

I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, and the 2nd night when I wanted to go into bed I noticed that the linen was literally taken off my bed and room was in cleaning process as if I checked out. 🤔🤔 You think I deserve a refund?

Given the price, I thought it was great but it’s a student hall type of accommodation with narrow bed and well used bathroom, no thrills and luxury. There is however a hotel attached to it.

Exceptional value for money - location central and perfect near shops and restaurants - free parking on location - cheap given its central location (near Kirchner Museum and Tram to go up the mountain to visit old Sanatorium). My room had a balcony with view on the mountains. Wifi was good. Staff friendly. bedding fine. Bathroom okay and clean. Lift.

The hotel is kind of "B" plan of the main and luxurious. Room too small for two people. The beds were not confortable. Wifi didn't work well, you had to check and change the network too continuously. If you want to have breakfast there, the price is exagerated (35 euros each one). You have also to pay 15 euros for parking (but you don't have an other option to park the car). The city tax also is expensive (but I suppose that's for every hotel in Davos, not only this one), so the total amount you will pay will be higher.

I booked this hotel just because it was late and there was a good offer in that moment and in general Davos is very expensive place.

It looks like this part of the hotel is the dungeon of Hard Rock Hotel. The walls smelled like a hospital.

It was cheap compared to the other options. Enough for just one night.

The room was good, clean and spacious. The bed and pillow are not comfortable at all, I couldn't sleep all night. The walls were very thin, there was a concert going on and you could hear a lot. The parking costs 25- until check out, if you enter at 19:00 and leave at 10:00 you pay that much! It is better to park on the street.

"Spengler's Inn" is connected to the Rock Hotel - so at night, only the latter can be seen from the street; "Spengler's Inn" cannot. Remember to enter the Rock Hotel and register there for "Spengler's Inn".

Its actually a part of Hard Rock Hotel Davos. There is no signs or instructions were given that we should go to Hard Rock Hotel Reception. After wandering a lot on mentioned address then rang on the number given and recording said welcome to Hard Rock Hotel.Thats how we came know. Then went to Hard Rock hotel reception and asked there. She said yes you have reservation with us.

Staff is very cooperative. Specially attendant Antonio was very friendly and able to help us with smooth process. We were not aware that Hard Rock and Spenglers are same. Late evening there was rock concert which was very energetic. I will suggest while booking always choose breakfast included otherwise it is costly. Spenglers area is old rooms while Hard Rock Hotel is modern.
