Website stated free toiletries, but the container of body wash was very low and ran out after the first shower with no refill available in the room. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for the stay (4 people), no refill in any of the cupboards (noticed after hours when reception was closed and unable to request refill).

Great walking distance to explore Thun by foot, and Interlaken/Grindelwald/Lauterbrunnen by car. Our apartment was facing the railway but the soundproofing was amazing and we could barely hear the trains.

Adjacent railway track but the trains did not make a noise as to disturb us.

Ensconced location with Lake Thun close by and views of snowed-capped mountains. The rooms were capacious in the apartment.

I did like the snow-capped mountains but my only reservation is the rail track adjacent to the hotel. However the trains were quite enough as not to disturb us.

We booked an excellent apartment with a good location overlooking the snow-capped mountains. There was an air of grandeur about the building. I liked the armoire in the rooms.

Extremely friendly staff, made our stay! Very clean room with nice design. Great coffee machine in the hallway of the hotel and nice breakfast. Convenient parking garage next to the hotel within the shopping mall that has electric vehicle charging station and hotel offers preferred daily rate if you book via them. Hotel has restaurant which is convenient if you want to have a dinner there (delicious food and great service). If we come back to Thun, we are going to stay here for sure! Thanks for everything!

Difficult to find from the railway station, but located next to the railway

Unfortunately when we arrived the hotel had made an error on our books by and we had no room. However they managed to get us a room in Interrlaken (20km away) and paid for our taxi . It was unfortunate and once we did get to the Spediton the next day it was excellent. The hotel in Interlakken was not the same quality. However, a good recovery .

The location and room was very nice. The breakfasts were excellent.

Gorgeously decorated hotel, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The lovely staff member who checked us in and served us breakfast was very efficient and exceptionally friendly she made us feel very welcome.

It would have been useful to have a tea and coffee maker in the room as we were at the top of the hotel. There was a coffee maker on the 1st floor but it meant you had to carry hot drinks up the stairs. There were only 2 bottles of water on arrival. I would suggest 2 bottles in the room every day.

It was in a quiet area but only 10 minutes walk from the train station and town centre. The evening meal was very good and the breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were lovely both at breakfast and evening meal. We were made to feel very welcome.

Lovely rooms - nice and clean but also lovely and quirky. Staff were incredibly accommodating too and couldn’t do more to ensure our comfort.

The location was excellent- about 200 meters from the main high street, with shops and restaurants. However it was in a quiet area. Quality of furnishing etc was great, stylish place. Breakfast was continental and good quality. Amazing coffee. We arrived by train and it was only a short walk of around 10 minutes. Tip. Try Schwäbis River Pool for a fun activity.
