There were some really loud people outside at 3am, and 4am and woke up the whole family - but they were on the street so I don't know what the hotel can do about that anyway.

Very modern, and great to include the common areas and kids rooms. People who worked there, all very nice too!

Great rooms, kitchen, dining and location. What a great concept for a family or for people who was to save a few dollars by cooking for themselves. The kids playroom is a life saver. And the staff are super helpful and friendly.

We really liked everything. Especially the manager of the hotel was so helpful. There is very nice kitchen if you would like to cook food for yourself and feel like you’re a master chef. Good location and restaurant under the hotel can serve you a tasty food. For your convenience hotel provides you all necessarily items as requested. Very easy application will guide you for a better stay. Highly recommend.

This stay was such a treat! The staff were so kind and accomodating, the location and view were fantastic and kitchen facilities + honesty snack bar really lovely. Could not recommend enough, thank you Spannort for such a great time.

We liked the common kitchen space. We were able to play board games there until 11pm. The kids liked having an area for them to play as well (kids room). The manager, Alex, was super helpful and kind.

Great concept with shared with shared children play room and shared kitchen (very very well equipped), possibility to order breakfast, nicely decorated hôtel, really friendly and helpful staff

The hotel uses an app to open the doors and for check-in/out, which is a bit cumbersome. During our stay the app decided it needed a 'mandatory update' after which we couldn't open our doors any more. We had to uninstall and reinstall it completely. (Note that one can also use a pin number to open the door. Good to write that down in case of app failure)

The hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible with public transportation. The common kitchen area is a really nice concept. The kitchen has everything one might need for cooking dinners, which can save some money on your trip. (But I would also recommend the restaurant downstairs) The rooms very very clean and look like they were recently renovated. We had a room to the back with a nice view and a small balcony that we enjoyed using.

There was no housekeeping for whole of the stay. They would clean only after checkout. This is not ok since we were a family of 4 in one room but especially bathroom must be cleaned daily. Only one set of towels in the room which need to be re-used. We asked to change towels and they said it will cost 10 chf. No kettle in room. Room was a tad bit smaller since we had 2 adults . 2 kids. For the price breakfast should have been included.

Location was fantastic 5 min walk from train station. Everything is digitalised in the property from opening room to luggage room etc. Room was cute with wooden finish. Very clean rooms. Amazing views from the tiny balcony. There is a small walk in closet. There was a common kitchen with utensils, dishwasher and spices, oill etc but we didn't use much. There is an Indian restaurant closeby. Very calm and peaceful town, not touristy. The kids loved the bunk bed. There is a Coop and Migros supermarket just opposite the hotel. It's very accessible base to explore titlis, pilatus and Lucerne.

Alex at the front desk was great! The hotel was clean. The room was large enough for my family of 5. And we were surprised how well the shared kitchen worked! It had everything and the grocery was practically across the street.

The double room was smaller with the queen bed against a wall. It did have a nice sitting area though. I was confused by the family home branding. It is a small hotel set up with several rooms using some shared spaces. It was a neat concept.

The location of the SPANNORT was perfect and we could walk to everything. I really liked the family home concept of having shared spaces and a kitchen. The family room was huge and the balconies overlooking the street were nice.
