-Unprofessional cleaning staff, entering your room at around 17.00 pm. without knocking the door but just opening it with the room card while you are loudly saying : No No No . -Too high volume acustic, you can hear everything and everyone in the hall outside of your room.

Amazing room design, high quality costemic products available for usage, mini bar filled with local healthy snacks, balcony with an ash tray for heavy smoker as I am. Additionals offered for a reasonable price as yoga mat or back pack. Iron and Iron bread available in the room, so no need to request.

The breakfast was a bit limited in my opinion, very few options and hardly any hot food unless you wanted an omelette or fried eggs, you had to order them separately - which is fine, but wasn’t a huge amount of selection.

Our room was beautiful, the views STUNNING and the staff were all brilliant - couldn’t do enough for us. We also liked that it was out of the main city, so we could unwind after a day of exploring.

Very nice hotel, amazing views of the lake and city. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and room was big and comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed. There is a team service every 10 minutes to the city centre and every easy to access. Walking distance to FIFA headquarters.

the location is excellent. very accessible. the tram #6 is only 3 mins walk from the hotel and it goes right to the central town. staff are amazing. very welcoming and helpful receptionists. the cleaning service is exceptional. they took care of every detail in the room to an extent where they decorated our own tissue box which we had with us while traveling. very toddler friendly. if you have a baby they'll enjoy their stay. the view is so beautiful. you get to see whole Zürich from the third floor if where you're staying. Breakfast is so fancy. the waiters will take care of you and make sure you're taken care of.

There is no Gym in hotel which we didnt like

1- The breakfast is kinda boring for long a stay. 2- the air conditioner is not working properly it was so hot but the staff brought a fan which saved us. 3-There is Indian staff at the restaurant was so rude and had a temper i asked him to clean a table because the view was nice and he ask me to find a clean table i told him you should clean this one for me he told me this is my job I’m the one who will decide just find a clean table and i was like okaaay, but otherwise the remaining staff were so nice and helpful.

The location was amazing surrounded by nature and there is a sorell park nearby for walk. Room was so clean.

Lady from restaurant looked during the breakfast very overwhelmed explaining people that they need to take seat and place order for main dish. Probably, you can assign hostess for meeting guests and explaining that rules, also for checking room number
