This was a touch of luxury for us. Beautiful room with a great view of the lake and mountains. We enjoyed the view while enjoying a drink on the terrace in the afternoon. The elevator to our room was appreciated. Breakfast was great. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was very nice. The hotel had a shuttle from the train station which saved a long walk. Communication with the hotel was very easy.

Limited coffee/tea and milk in the room. We were given milk when we asked though. No nice toiletries in the bathroom but there was basic soap/shower gel.

The whole hotel had a warm, comfortable feel. The staff were all very friendly. The room had an amazing view over the lake and it was close to the centre. We recieved a pass for the local mountain trains and cable cars which was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast good and dining room was beautiful.

The actual room is very tight

Location was excellent Breakfast was included and wholesome. The dining room had an excellent view. The bathroom was compact but functional. The shower was phenomenal We were provided with free travel cards

The toilet / shower room was extremely small - functional but not an entirely comfortable experience!

We had the most amazing view of the lake and mountains from the hotel window. The main room was clean, well-equipped and comfortable.

Whole hotel tidy with character, walking location to all of town. We had to catch a train before 7am so they arranged a packed lunch to take with us and a taxi to take us to train station!

Our initial experience with the front desk was poor … the attendant was cold. Our subsequent interactions with the front desk were positive.

Our spacious bedroom (room #35) featured a large picture window looking out on Lake St Moritz. The view was exceptional on a sunny day! The dining room, which was well appointed, also overlooked the lake. Dinner and breakfast servers (the same team) were superb, friendly and gracious.

While my room & the main areas of the hotel were good, the bar area absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. I discovered that the cause was someone actually sitting at the bar smoking which I understand is illegal in Switzerland. To make matters worse, the culprit was the older woman in charge of reception (possibly the manager??) Because of this it meant the bar area was not somewhere I could use during my stay.

Location was great overlooking the lake, close walking to train station and the centre of town. My room was very spacious & comfortable. I loved the old world charm of the decor.

Location was great! Lots of shopping and restaurants close. Beautiful view of the lake and city from our room. Staff and especially restaurant staff were very friendly! Room was large and bathroom shower was exceptional.

Excellent breakfast. Nice dining room. Clean and closed to train about 15 to 20 minutes walk.

Reception staff ( 2 out of 3 we dealt with) were not overly helpful with things reception staff should be helpful with, such as wifi code and cable car tickets. We had to go and ask - things that I would think should have been offered at checkin. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing.

Beautiful room and view, use if lift passes for 2 day stay. Cleaning and breakfast staff very friendly.

Parking is limited. 8 cars spot are available. Building is old ( but clean) so that elevator is small.2 people with luggage are max. location is far from center. Due to limited parking spot we had to eat dinner at hotel restaurant. It was very expensive, and taste was not good. Sandwich from outside is much better.

Hotel was clean and decent size for 2 people. View from terrace was great.
