No AC was a bit uncomfortable during the warm days in August.

Pillows were not that comfortable. No kettle/coffee and fridge in the room.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Especially dinner. Our 2 year old son liked everything as well. Staff was very kind to us. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well.

Our rooms, we had 2, didn't have a nice view as both were at the back of the buildings.

The hotel was very clean, friendly and helpful staff, very good food. The view from the restaurant's terrace is amazing. Great facilities, swimming pool, gym, sauna, and if you want to relax, book a massage or beauty session. I had a great time with Barbara, who didn't speak English but did everything she could to make me feel good. I am smiling every time I think of her.

Amazing view! Really nice rooms. Warm welcome with a note and some chocolate. We needed a fridge and they brought one right away. I recommend booking dinner included. Food is very good in the restaurant.

Massage is not good as the one who made massage i didnt feel that she is expert . Reception close at 10 pm and they dont help in bringing my luggage during check in and check out .

Our neighbours smoked on the balkony, the smoke drifted into our room. Not great for a wellness hotel!

Good location with a great lake view. Enough parking lots available, even for bigger cars (outdoor space and 2x underground parkings). Very friendly staff and owners, pet friendly behaviour. Great patio. Restaurant in-house. All expectations were met.

The team of staff were super friendly, organised and attentive and so helpful. The food was lovely, huge choice and very good quality. The service was great too, very attentive and wonderful view. Some beautiful village walks from the hotel as well which were lovely.

The junior suite in the Annex has very limited view and is noisy due to the road.

I wish to stay longer time...

The location is just midway between Interlaken and Thun. The rooms have a wonderfull lake and mountain view. Both breakfast and dinner was delicious and included in the price. Parking was free. Thanks for room upgrade to suit.

The bed could have been more comfortable and the pillow was way too soft,with no additional pillow available in the room. The one thing that really annoyed me was Booking.com advertised the room saying only 4 left at this price and on the day it was 100chf cheaper and still saying only 4 left at this price

cigarette and cigar smoking on the beautiful patio, with doors to the restaurant, wide open and smoke billowing into the restaurant. Smoking (especially cigars) should not be allowed because it ruins the dining experience at this upscale restaurant.
