United KingdomRooms and hotel very hot. We were unable to reduce the room temperature by much so were uncomfortable most nights sleeping. There is no milk in the room, so for coffee you make yourself there is a 6Chf charge to bring you milk. I think this really unnecessary and very surprised if the mgmt team actually knew this was happening.
Staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful. Room service was light speed

Everything was just perfect!! We went for our honeymoon and loved the resort..the view from the balcony was gorgeous and couldn’t get enough of it..the staff were just super friendly especially Matthew at the reception and Erodin the mixologist at the bar….if you ever travel make sure you let Erodin be creative with your drinks as she made the most delicious cocktails and you would just want to have more and more…Thank You Six Senses for an amazing honeymoon

It’s perfect… 100% zen, staff are really nice and helpful. The hotel is so pretty and cosy, clean (the room pictures speaks for itself). Trust me you feel great instantly… The pool is one of the most amazing I ever saw. Would be an amazing experience to come at ski time and enjoy skiing straight from the hotel !

United KingdomVery little to nothing. The local building work (not hotels fault) will be finished soon enough. For constructive purposes only we could think of just three things to help the property and team. 1) a small information board at reception during ski season to inform guests of piste, weather and information. 2) easier to understand room controls or at least a good explanation on arrival. 3) I always like to see a hotel manager doing a visible walk around, daily. Taking notes and picking up on the little details that matter.
Talk about memorable experiences.... I urge everyone to ignore the reviews and go with what this brand stands for. We are sad to be home and a week felt like a month. Truly top five most memorable hotels we've ever been to.

SwitzerlandThe hotel is disconnected from the village so you need a taxi to go anywhere and they obviously live off taking customers up and down for a 3 min drive at 20 francs. The food in the asian restaurant was good but the sushi could be better. The service there was really good however the service in the wild cabin brasserie restaurant was horrible, the waiting staff was obviously completely unexperienced. There were a couple flaws in the room and the balcony, the paint behind the sinks was already stained which totally clashed with the rest of the room and hotel, there were orange construction site plastic wrappers by the balcony and workers did come in on the morning of my last day to drill something which was quite unpleasant as they were literally walking a meter away from my balcony on the same floor. I also fully understand that once you checkout you are out, but as I skied the first 2 days I told them I wanted to visit the village on my last day and come back to enjoy the hotel facilities which I was told was no problem. After checkout tho, i was told that the spa is no longer accessible once you checkout, I explained I was not told this and was told they would check with the spa, I came back a few hours later after lunch in the village and was told I would only be allowed to use the spa for 1 hour when I arrived. The spa and the pool were literally empty - there was no one there. I just think they need to align on that before confusing guests and putting them on a timer - no one ever proposed to sell a day spa access which was a little bit of a disapointing experience in comparison to the rest of the stay.
The hotel is beautiful and so are the rooms, it's a designer's masterpiece. I did not realise this was their first season open. The mix of stone, wood and dark colours along with the lighting is really on point and makes it a very soothing experience from the moment you enter the museum like parking / entrance. The staff provides a very personalised approach and was available at the touch of a button during my entire stay. The room is very high tech, but not too much either, just the perfect balance, with usb plugs everywhere, automated curtains, ambiance lighting, stream to tv, japanese toilet...I felt very relaxed everywhere I was in this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The ski in / ski out is fair but you're just putting your skis on for a minute to get to the lift at the bottom of a slope. The indoor/outdoor swimming pool and the spa are gorgeous.
