Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We are from the USA and have stayed here 3 times. Each time everything was wonderful. The people at the reception desk, the breakfast, and the rooms were really comfortable and clean.

Czech RepublicThe most important and necessary to mention is the hospitality of the hotel owners. Moreover, the patience of 'the lord of the house' with answering all the questions of more eager and interested guests - about the location, the local cuisine, the recommended places to dine (locally) - is worth a great appreciation. Without showing any hurry or need to leave to do something else, he patiently answers all of that. Well, and that is something that goes beyond all the luxury of high-end hotels. Thank you. - the room was clean and offered everything needed - the parking was comfortable - the breakfast must meet expectations of everybody

SwitzerlandI booked a studio apartment with kitchen, it was quite different from pictures. The picture were showing a nice traditional room, with wooden floor, new bathroom with glass shower box. The room was not traditional, the floor had the carpet, the shower box had white curtains. The room was not bad, but it was not as cosy and nice as in the pictures. I re-check later the description of the room and the site was saying the pictures are just samples and room might be different. Fair enough, but I found the standard lower and not worth the same price of the other apartment.
Nice neighborhood of traditional houses, walking distance from Madrisa Ski station, bus and train station. Free parking and free baby bed in the room. The dinner was fix menu, basic but honest price, the service was very good and fast, which helped us a lot a with a kid. The hotel from the outside looks nice, as in the picture, inside renovated.

SwitzerlandThe stuff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is just next to the bus stop and in 7 min you are in Klosters and taking a ski lift. Room was very clean and big enough for one person. I could have my breakfast in room which was very convenient.

NetherlandsThere's no fridge to keep some drinks or food. There's a railway right outside the hotel and you hear every train that passes.
The staff is really nice. There's a bus stop and train station VERY close to the hotel. Nice view from the balcony and the breakfast is basic but fair. The heating is good.
