Hotel just a 2 min walk from the station. Staff were very helpful. Reception area is very modern and has free tea, coffee and water available 24h. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good mix of hot and cold options available.

Shower curtail not adequate

Clean stylish room with beautiful views, lovely outdoor spaces, staff was helpful, nice restaurant and pub on site, conveniently located near train and cable car.

The shower in our room could be updated. The shower curtain was a little dirty and it felt crammed (head almost touching ceiling)

The location was excellent. Easy parking and access to the train station and the most beautiful valley.

The hotel is located really close to the train station, so it's easy to get your luggage in and out of the hotel. The breakfast every morning was wonderful! We had to check-out really early and they offered to pack us a breakfast to-go since we wouldn't be able to make the breakfast that morning. The staff were helpful and very thoughtful. We also ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night, definitely recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, close to everything. It's even up a little higher, so the view is even more spectacular. I was just in a single room, and I had a window and a balcony. Awesome staff and great selection for breakfast every morning. Beautiful place. Definitely recommend!

Ventilation of junior suite after use of your in-room spa-bath.

Good location(nearby train and bus), free parking, free use of water tap(+sparkling and ice) to fill up for your day trips. and free coffee machine use. Great restaurant with local food (reservation is needed if you want your seat available). And definitely worth a 4th star.

A small fridge in the room would be useful to store some fresh fruit and/or water, and the Internet connection was interrupted at times.

A very nice hotel, spotless room and bathroom, huge terrace with perfect mountain view. The best location as a starting point to explore all that the Jungfrau region has to offer. Excellent breakfast and tasty food at the restaurant downstairs. Nice, friendly and helpful staff at the premises. Very close to the train and bus stations and everything of interest just a walking distance from the hotel. The exterior was impressive, too. Plenty of flowers on the balconies and a very nice garden beside the hotel. Highly recommended. We will be back, for sure, at some point in the near future.

Quite expensive and while the hotel is certainly nice, it's also nothing really special. But then again, all of Switzerland is just a bit too expensive ;-)

Good loction - close to Seilbahn, Bahnhof, shop, post office ... but still quiet location as it is not on the Lauterbrunnen High street. Hotel is well looked after, clean. Very good breakfast was included in our stay. There is also a restaurant in the hotel and it is very good as well. I would be happy to come back again.

Only point: Sink in the bathroom/restroom of the room we wad was quite tiny. Bit too tiny for washing face etc.

Very pretty and renovated old Swiss hotel, with beautiful rooms and excellent, comfy beds. Breakfast was good as well and parking was available (even with charger for electronic cars). We had an excellent stay!

Amazing location. Literally right above the train station and gondola up the mountain. Rooms are very nice, basic and great quality. Views are amazing. The hotel restaurant was incredible, very reasonably priced! The staff throughout the hotel was very nice as well!

Small fan it was moved all the time when turn on.

The only downside for us was no bar fridge and I struggled with the hair dryer over heating, otherwise could not fault!!

The place and view was beyond incredible, staff extremely accommodating- what an amazing experience.

Loved the location, the bed, coffee, water, sparkling water and the breakfast This was a great place to stay it is directly across from the train station, which was convenient. Right below the gondola lift, which was one of the best gondolas I went up. They supplied a fan for the room because it did get hot. Not a lot of hotels or maybe even none have air conditioning in that town. The restaurant on site was amazing. The breakfast was unbelievable I thought. It would be nice if they put screens on the windows so when you open them, the bugs didn’t fly in . But I notice many windows have screens there. I would definitely go back. I thought the solo room was good though you for Switzerland and it had a little deck off the back.

The hotel is so close to the train station - it’s a 2 minute walk and is extremely picturesque. The views from the rooms/balconies are fantastic. I loved the added touches of free water, teas and coffees in reception for all guests.
