Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaTo be fair, no complaints to the hotel or its staff. On the other hand, in the city center I was disappointed with the places to dine and the fact that there are very few sports shops.
A superb location in the city center. Valet parking helps you not to have a stress with the car. The hotel is very nice and the service is of the highest quality. The staff is very friendly and offers useful information. Cable car passes were included in the room rate.

CanadaNotification when the free cable car in Pontresina is open. We arrived by free train ride to find closed but ended up as a blessing as we very much enjoyed the walk back to St. Mortis via Celerina.
Breakfast excellent. Lakeside views tremendous. Micaela and Carola on desk plus rest of staff wonderful. Carola handled herself very professionally and curtiously when a group travel leader unrelated to us was rude and very loud to her, when it was obvious that other guests listening. That group leader was disrespectful and well done to Carola for her patience on dealing with issue. Shuttle to train station nice touch.

SwitzerlandThe room was very small the the shower area and the remaining of the bathroom area were separated. Actually, not very comfortable. The availability of the entertainment (TV equipment) was quite poor considering the level of the structure (connections not fully operational). I recommend to pay attention that in all rooms there should be clear indications related to the internal phone number. I had to call the hotel from my mobile to get in touch with the reception. I understand that this is the probably lowest season, but this hotel should respect the minimum standard of its category.
The structure was very good and very clean. The hotel is in a very strategic position, but it is better to have own car. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff did their best. Everyone was very kind and willing to help. A special thank to Mr. Dario, waiter at the Segantini Restaurant.
