Spectacular! Incredible staff and gorgeous hotel. Meticulous. Great rooms and everything is beautiful and of the highest quality. Can’t say enough good things. Location is perfect. Really everything is perfect. Highly recommend. Will def return on next visit!

We had a charming king room and it was very much on the small side; would have been better/roomier without ottoman seating which could easily be removed & should be. Our room also overlooked a Burger King, worst things have happened but unfortunate reminder how US fast food is ubiquitous. Spa has fairly limited hours - closes promptly at 8 pm and doesn't open until 11 am -- so only able to go once. Almost didn't make it in as arrived at 7:30 pm and was told it was too late but promised to be out promptly at 8 pm and it was brief but wonderful.

Location of the hotel is excellent and it is a beautiful and immaculate with friendly reception and bell staff. Our room was very well appointed and immaculate with comfortable bed and bedding. Dinner at Jack's Brasserie was outstanding both in terms of food and service as well as ambience. Highly recommend. Breakfast is fine, nothing exceptional but very good coffee, yogurt, fruit, eggs cooked to order. Spa is also outstanding.

The lobby area is small, long wait for check out and not an inviting place to relax Mixed service at breakfast. Didn’t get the food menu or offered more coffee on one day, second day the manager complained loudly about another group of guests The spa only opens in the afternoon during the week. We expected longer opening hours or at least information in an advertised spa hotel

We travelled by train, location is perfect opposite the station Breakfast in the beautiful restaurant with fresh fruit and warm meals cooked to order Gorgeous bathroom with bath, walk in shower - wish I could have taken it home! Concierge very friendly and helpful

we had a family room but the rooms are not connected. they are separated from the other rooms in the hallway with its own main door but then you have to leave one room to get into the other room. I was expecting the rooms to be more accessible to one another.

The rooms are beautiful and very clean. the bathrooms are modern and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding as well and the staff were so helpful. there was a breakfast buffet and then a menu that you could order anything you wanted which was also included.

Situated in the heart of the city nearby one can find restaurants, shops and many more pleasant places for a walk. Hotel is very clean and staff is polite, welcoming and professional. A special thanks to Tiago who was super welcoming and made a difference since our arrival.

Waiter in the restaurant was a bit rude, didn’t let us use the bathroom even though we were guests at the hotel (and had previously had breakfast in the morning there!)

Couldn’t get a table at the hotels restaurant as fully booked and couldnt make a table for hotel guests. the room service menu was a bit basic and a little limited.

Great pillow menu and bed linen. Great bed mattress. Comfortable rooms. Amazing location Breakfast is good quality. The staff at breakfast were lovely. The concierge team at the entrance were excellent and made a very positive impact.

Nothing really. The only thing which could be thought about is that there are just 2 stations for check in/out. During the check out/in time there was a long waiting line to the counter. Maybe think how to better manage the line.

Everything was just amazing. The stuff very helpful and kind, finding solutions all problems, willing to provide some city guidance. The hotel beautiful, room amazing. Room service twice a day.

The service (staff was not always very competent and pleasant, not 5 stars), the pool water was quite cold, and the spa area very noisy. The breaksfast buffet too small and basic for a 5 stars hotel. The bed was small.
