The restaurant attached was overexpensive, low quality and with poor service (friendly but extra slow). As there are few options in Filisur itself this may become a problem, though more possibilities are available in Bergun.

The hotel is in a very quiet nice position, a steep but pleasant walk from the station. The staff was nice and friendly. A great breakfast ensured a start with a bang in the morning, we all really liked it

Old equipment, soundproofing could be improved, some parts were not very clean

Competitive price, the room was OK, super nice staff. If you're just looking for a room to get some sleep, that's a good hotel!

I feel the hotel was dated. And could do with a freshen up. The paint on the windowsill in breakfast room was flaking away. Just general updating.

My room had a door to the adjacent room inside, bolted shut, but soundproofing with the neighbors was non-existing. We cou;d hear each other very clearly The village itself is quiet, but the room was not as a result ;( Reception is actually downstairs, when you enter the hotel you're greeted with the dark room which looks like it's a reception but it isn't. Just a nitpick though. No skirooms, the hotel is not positioning itself as "for skiers", which is a missed opportunity. The staff was chill about taking your snowboard into your room though.

Since Filisur is actually covered by Davos ski pass (i.e. free rides to Filisur if you're wearing equipment for mountain skiing), it is possible to stay here and save couple dozen of Euro, but with some caveats. The hotel is very close to the station, but it's a hike up to the station, about 10 minutes, which is absolutely not possible with Ski Boots on (doable with snowboarding ones). The village is very pretty and very quiet. Although first train to Davos departs at 8-04 and the last train comes at about 20-00, so no night life if you decide to use this place as your base for skiing, unless you have a car. But it's only 25 minutes to Davos Platz from here! The Rinnerhorn is even closer if you're a fan of that area and it's torturous T-Bar ski lifts (hint: it does worth it ;) ). The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Just be prepared for remote location with no facilities for eating out to speak of in the period we were there.

Great hosts . Lovely location... idyllic. Easy to find. Decoration a little tired perhaps could do with being updated but everything very clean.

Our room was upgraded, without us asking. we received a room with private bathroom instead of one on the floor out on the hallway. Very thoughtful. Breakfast was lovely, homemade Zopf and smoked salmon surprised us. Unfortunately we had to ask for a coffee all the time, but that was no problem for us, just felt guilty asking all the time.

The shared bathroom was tiny, and it needed a bit of flexibility to get in and out.

The location was perfect for Cycling the Albulapass, and there was a secure place for bikes to be stored overnight.

Too expensive for what it offers. Literally just a bed and towels. It would have been nice if there was at least a kettle and some coffee in the room! Really too expensive

Great location for taking pictures of the railroad. Close to Landbasser Bridge. You can see the railroad from the balcony. The room is large and clean. Comfortable bed and bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful. She drove us to the station. Breakfast started at 8am, but since we left early in the morning, the restaurant owner prepared breakfast at 7am. The restaurant dinner was also perfect.

The mountain views from the balcony were incredible! It's close to the train station, easy as following the path and you're done. Very kind staff. Great amenities.
