Housekeeping was not very proactive, repeatedly had to ask for someone to come and clean my room. Breakfast selection was very poor for 5-star hotel.

Loved my room. Gym was ok, I was pleased to see that there was a rower available. I liked the location.

Its the 4th time i’m visiting in a year and they don’t acknowledge it when i check-in. A simple CRM solution would automate that for them. Offering a more personalised touched to loyal customers would make us feel more like home

The only negative point was the management of the spa. rules should be remembered to any guests when they enter the area, signs are not sufficient : noisy kids at the jacuzzi in the area forbidden to children under 16, naked man with legs wide spread at the sauna and no towel to hide his private parts while it is supposed to be mandatory to wear a swimsuit, half of the facilities of the spa area were not functioning properly. On the contrary, the pool area was perfect.

The room wasn’t as spacious as we expected, and the toiletries were not 5* quality. I got a tartare for dinner and I got intoxicated; unexpected and really disappointing.

The staff is exceptional. Friendly, attentive. The spa is really good. The location is amazing if you want to stay near the lake.

We booked this property last minute for one night after a train cancellation diverted us to Lausanne. What a lovely surprise! We were treated to a gorgeous suite, delicious room service and a comfortable bed. The spa experience was the best! Really wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this superlative property (convenient to the train station and metro).

We all know things in Switzerland are expensive… but come on. We end up paying 1300 eur for a round trip to gstaad that took us 6 hours. Total …. I usually never complain or waste my time explaining a complain - but if you’re using the hotel chauffeurs services - make sure you get the full disclosure on the prices.

No reminder sent to book a restaurant table in advance (they seemed to have very limited capacity), spa was nice but many functions (like bubbles and sprays) did not seem to be working. Service at breakfast and at the bar was very friendly but not always super efficient.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood between city and lake. Elegant common areas, friendly staff (especially Racine), and delicious dinner and breakfast.

While the hotel staff were exceptional, the Sky Lounge/Restaurant left much to be desired. Both the premises and the menu would greatly benefit from a thorough re-evaluation and thoughtful redesign to meet the standards one would anticipate from such an establishment.

During my birthday stay at this hotel, I was welcomed by incredibly pleasant staff. A standout was Thomas, whose prompt and attentive service greatly enhanced my experience. His great character and exceptional listening skills made my stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a personal touch in their travels.
