The hair dryer wasn’t great and it probably needs some redecoration etc at some point in the future.

Our room was on the uppermost floor, with dormers rather than windows.

Exceptional location in downtown Geneva, very well connected with the entire transport infrastructure. The administration granted us a Geneva transport card, which proved to be very helpful. The staff is very efficient. Federico at the reception desk was always available to help us tackle some slight problems, and to give us useful traveling tips.

The gym was really small and it stated having a hammam but it was just a sauna steam room. I guess that's a misunderstanding on my part because I expected more of a Turkish bath.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Upgraded my room and was always helpful with any questions or requests we had. It was in super close proximity to everything I wanted (restaurants, transportation, shops, attractions, tours)...literally just a walk!

Bed was un level on one side.

Spacious room with small love seat and comfortable chair. Location was fantastic for an overnight stay. 5 minute walk from train station with a few restaurants and shopping center. Hosts were very friendly.

Deposit payment in the amount of CHF 100 at the hotel (accomodation was already paid before travelling) There was nothing special in the room that I could break or smth. Last year I stayed at the Ambassador hotel, but they asked to keep the credit card rather that pay. Now waiting for the deposited amount to return.

The room was very small, and a bit cramped. The space between the bed and the desk was barely enough to fit the chair. I also felt that the room could have been cleaner.

The hotel is pretty and the staff are lovely. My bed was comfortable, I slept really well. The location is great, close to a few bars and restaurants and the lake.

The bed was too old I think, it was 2 double beds combined, but they kept on separating themselves at night creating a hole in the middle what woke us up.

The location and staff were perfect! Also the room in general was really good. We really enjoyed it.
