You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandQuite a bit of traffic noise during daytime. The cleanliness in the room was fine, in the house not so much. Lots of flies in the restaurant. W-Lan password did not work in the room; shower curtain did not fit; one towel per person is not enough, if there are no towels to dry your hands. No control of Covid-Certificates, no code to scan and personnel not wearing face protection inside (restaurant)!
The balcony and the view were fantastic, also the bed in room 2.

BelgiumThe manager was incredibly unpleasant. She gave a lot of attitude and even insisted I’d only booked for one person even though my booking clearly said two. She never apologised for how stressful she made the check in experience even though she then realised she was at fault. This was stress I didn’t need given I’m pregnant.

SwitzerlandDespite they upgraded us to an apartment (I did not asked for it, however) the bad point was that they provided us just two pillows for four people explaining that for children's pillows we have to pay which looks for me as unexpectedly greedy approach, and neither was specified in the booking terms. We refused to pay and used whatever was handy to use as 'pillows'. There was also a problem with hot water that stopped suddenly more than once. Overall, stuff attitude was also rather unpleasant. Looks like a restaurant that provides also 'hotel' services. Not recommended

United StatesI don't know where to start. Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and a 4 months old baby. Paid almost $200 a night for the room. But I don't think the place we stayed was worth that much. We were given a room with shared bathroom for that rate which I have not seen anywhere on my reservation that it says shared bathroom. If I knew that, I wouldn't book it. It was definitely saying somewhere that bathroom is shared and I missed it so it's on me. However, we got lucky and nobody came to the room next door, so we had to keep the bathroom for ourselves. Hotel is full of flies and room has no AC. It gets really hot during the day, at least in summer time when we visit and you have to open your windows. But guess what? No screen. So you have 2 options. Either die with the heat or try to deal with flies. And it's not 3-4 of them. Bunch of them keep coming in. Bed was very uncomfortable and location was absurd. Nothing nearby. Not even a place to buy a water. Restaurant is closed most of the time and if you didn't buy anything from a store, you are in a very bad luck. Nearest store as far as I observed is in Thun. You can either go buy public busses (takes 2 of them) or get a cab which costs like 70 bucks one way. Very inconvenient if you are not prepared. I might like it more if it was a winter stay, but again who knows what to expect by then.
I like the vibe. Definitely a winter hotel. Nice view of mountains and all green. But that's all about.

RomaniaThe room was not clean! It was very obvious the bathroom was used before us and not cleaned (used soap, dirty toilet). The description said double bed, but there were actually 2 beds put together with a huge gap inbetween. Breakfast was very poor (no vegetarian options either), but the food was not fresh. They were serving expired butter, which I mentioned to the waitress and she just ignored.
The view in front of hotel is amazing. There is space to park on the street. It's better to come by car since public transport is not so often or easily accessible.
