The hot water in the bathroom took too long to heat up, felt like we were wasting a lot.

Location and staff. The property is good value for the money. The breakfast has a good choice and the breakfast room staff are nice and friendly along with all other staff. All facilities are clean and well maintained. On checkin I was supplied with any tour brochures I asked for. Would definitely stay again

The room for a single traveler was quite small for what I'm used to, but big enough for lightweight travel, but if I were traveling heavier I might not have had enough space. Definitely a thing to keep in mind.

The staff were all very friendly, helpful and (some) surprisingly multilingual, which is not something I hear often. As I dropped off my bag and they checked my information, they quickly switched to Dutch to explain things to me.

The size of the shower room was very small, the shower water wasn’t hot. It was a bit cold when taking the shower. The room was very humid. They turned on the heater but turned off at night.

The lunge was very nice. You can make your own dinner and eat there. The breakfast was good

The rooms were dormitorylike, simple and a little worn.

We liked the location which was close to Interlaken West rail station and downtown. Several restaurants and shops are close by. The rooms were simple, fairly small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was adequate.

One of the amazing property I came across during my Europe trip. It was a kind of dream house , 24/7 lounge area access with free coffee tea microwave hot water , paid beer , cheap self laundry service. Location was 4-5 mins walk from station. Staff was very friendly and kind. Owner did even gave me a recording of whole Swiss which is just extra ordinary. Loved it . Will visit again soon and will stay here.

This was my fifth visit to the hotel over 22 years. Rossli shows what's good about family run hotels. Together with their staff who follow their example great attention and friendliness tingled with humour are shown. You can see how fellow guests enjoy their stay. The location in Unterseen is a particularly charming part of Interlaken. The Amirat family have been running this hotel for approaching half a century now and can be very proud of their achievement in this excellent hotel. God willing I shall be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rössli. From check-in to check-out we were made welcome. The location was very accessible to town center and train station. We enjoyed meeting for breakfast each morning. The staff was very attentive to making sure that we were satisfied. I really enjoyed visiting with Jean-Louis each morning when he arrived riding his bicycle. He is such a special man and host as is the rest of the staff. I met some folks that had been coming there for years, and that says a lot. We will definitely stay at Hotel Rossli when we come again. Thank you again Jean-Louis and staff!!!

Excellent, very nice and helpful Staff. Good size room with ensuite bathroom. Very good breakfast with many choices. On site shared kitchen with access to tea/ coffee, microwave, ice cubes free of charges. Very close to train station and town centre.

Hotel was in good location easy to get bus and train . Breakfast was really good and more options. Available 24 hrs free tea and coffee. And I met one friendly staff named Jean Louise who encouraged me to have more breakfast 😊as much as i can . It was really nice talk with him .

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the train station and with stunning mountain views. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and a great way to start the day. Highly recommended for a great stay in Interlaken.
