Pillows, they just collapse when you put your head down! Breakfast, the first morning nothing had been cleared nor refilled, no eggs etc, with an hour to go. Second morning this had improved greatly. Coffee isn’t great. Staff polite but not friendly.

Location was great, useful lift, friendly staff on reception. The hotel has some great cafes and bars nearby. Breakfast was varied. As there’s no onsite bar or restaurant it would be nice if the room service situation was clearer.

There is no air conditioning (there is a fan in the closet but they didn’t mention it and I only found out on my third day). Also, there was very load clock that was ringing every hour! Even in the middle of the night. Woke me up a bunch of times. The breakfast coast 17 francs.

There is a bus station right outside the hotel. Nice price.

Very charming hotel - lots of character and soul - we had the junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Easy access by foot to town.

The traffic was a bit hectic, even late at night. Our last night, the cars were hooting and racing around the circle. Think there was some sporting event people celebrated. We struggled to sleep. Although this is not at all the hotel's fault, just be aware of this.

The view of the St Nicholas Cathedral was breathtaking! Our room was neat, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! Love the fact that there is a bus station literally a stone's throw from the hotel.

During the night there is a bell (from outside) that rings every 15 minutes. It was terrible because that bell woke me up during the whole night.

I had a single room on the side of the churches and cathedral and the bells ringing through the whole night was not ideal. Even with windows closed I could still hear them. But this is not the hotel’s fault…just something to keep in mind if you are sensitive to noise.

We found that this hotel met criteria for a three star, not a four star hotel. It had all the basics, but no special touches or amenities. We were hoping for features like a good coffee machine and a decent sized fridge.

The room was comfortable and the location, in my case, perfect. It should also suit most people, being so central. Sorry, did not take breakfast at the hotel - pricing slightly on the exorbitant side. Also, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me in a suitable room despite the hotel being very full.
