We had a last minute unexpected stay, and even though we woke up the host, he was friendly and welcoming. Really nice guy. And the breakfast was excellent!

Just the nature of these kind of locations, but parking was offsite. Alpine villages tend to be quite 'car-free'. Car parking is an extra fee.

Large comfortable room - was upgraded to a larger one. Cosy timber room, as expected with an Alpine lodge, with a balcony and view of snow-capped mountains. Nice breakfast.

An amazing experience in the centre of Grachen. Alex (the owner) and staff are so friendly and helpful. Wonderful rooms. Breakfast is amazing and there is tea and coffee available all day. Highly recommended.

Only suggestion for improvement would be to invest in new towels.

Was a cute kitchy place, interesting, inviting. The owner went out of his way to accommodate our requests, helped us get our car parked, and showed us around the property. We enjoyed using the outdoor sitting area.

Nothing! The place is perfect!

The location is right in the center of town, so close to everything!! The host are the most genuine wonderful people!! The whole place had such a beautiful design with a great mixture of modern and traditional! The view from my room was amazing with a view of the Weisshorn and its surrounding mountains. The room was a generous size with the most comfortable bed with a duvet and pillows that made it feel luxurious! Tons of hot water with great pressure. The gardens outside our a great place to laze around and they had a boat filled with water and herbs to soak your feet in. Plus, for a fee they did some laundry for me. The breakfast was outstanding with fresh bread, eggs, cheese and fruit. They had a lounge area that was comfortable and filled with drinks for purchase. My favorite place I stayed in the whole month I was in Switzerland and Italy.

Bed was too soft for my liking, meaning I woke 2 or 3 times during the night.

Very welcoming host and everything was attended to, Breakfast was excellent quantity and quality for a day's hike. Good lounge area and balcony in room as a change from staying in your room and meeting other guests. Strongly recommend.

Everything!!! This was my favorite stay in Switzerland!!! The staff were so welcoming and customer service oriented!!! Accommodated my friend having to leave early with breakfast and with me the next morning. Wonderful breakfast with eggs, fresh bread, fresh fruit and bread!! For 10 CHF they did my laundry. A great garden to hangout in. The beds and duvets were so comfortable!! Incredible views from the room. I could not recommend this place more highly!!!

The host was so friendly and the place is just so beautiful! The view from my room was like a postal card. I would return without any doubt anytime!! I also missed the breakfast and they arrenge me to bring it to go on my roas trip. Really appreciated. They accomodate me with my motorcycle which was also really nice. Owners very hospitable. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and with a private bathroom. Coffee or tea was available in the dining room anytime. Breakfast was generous. I arrived early due to bad weather and as my room was available I was allowed to check in early. I very much appreciated this.

We were a bit unfortunate to have noisy guests staying on the same floor. They kept talking and banging the doors till late at night, which was less than pleasant. While this is not the hotel's fault per se, it's worth mentioning: noisy neighbours could be an issue if you like silence.

It's a wonderful hotel, very convenient for the Europaweg trail in terms of a location, and very flexible towards the guests' schedules. The room had everything we needed, it was clean, and the breakfast was lovely.

Really exceptional accomodation and service. We stayed in a dozen places in Switzerland, and this really stood out. Big room, modern bathrooms and really comfortable bed. The staff went to great lengths to make the stay excellent.
