You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe stuffy room situation - as I mentioned, the room was very stuffy even though the outside temperature was cool. I am assuming this may be because the morning sun hits the room?? The fan helped, but was rather noisy to sleep with.
Room was clean an quaint, however it was very stuffy inside - even though it was quite cool outside. I had to keep the noisy fan on with the window open in order to get some air circulation - although the fact that there was fan was great. I had stayed at much more expensive hotels in Switzerland with no fans and very stuffy rooms, so this was better than those! Breakfast was nice and staff were very friendly.

PolandNo air conditioning! The fan didin't solve the problem. Very small attic room and dark brown beams created opressive impression and a small window to the yard with a beam partially covering it.The room is located very far from the main vertical and additionally has stairs to climb along the way.

CanadaSo the hotel appears to have two halves, and I was staying in the section across the street, which I'm not sure was quite as nice as what the pictures show. The food was good for dinner and breakfast, but admittedly not as good as the other hotels where I stayed on my trip.
I liked the traditional feeling of the reception and common areas, and the hotel was close to Chur's attractions in the old town. The view of the rooftops out my 4th floor window was very nice.

JapanIt was a last minute booking this time and I got an economy room. To reach to the room I got, there were too many stairs ups and downs and it was a bit difficult with a luggage. And the room was very small. To really enjoy this elegant hotel, I would recommend to reserve a better room, maybe the ones on the 3rd or 4th floor. However it was a nice stay overall.

IrelandAbsolutely charming hotel about 10 minutes walk from the train station. We had been travelling for a while and wanted a peaceful day, which we spent on the lovely sun terrace. There was a bit of confusion about our booking, but it was quickly sorted. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We ate two most delicious meals in the restaurant - traditional Swiss choices with locally sourced ingredients - it was a great choice for us!

GuatemalaMy room was in the newer part of the building. There is an elevator however there were many areas where you have to take 3 steps to go up within the corridor. Carrying a large suitcase made that challenging for me, if I was older it would have been quite difficult.
The building seems to be a historical building and the property is quite large, I am assuming it added rooms throughout the years. I got to be on the "newer" additions. The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance from the train station and great views to the mountains. The hotel provides toiletries and it was quite a nice touch to have complimentary water (still and with gas) along with the always famous Swiss chocolates. There was complimentary fruits on the hallways near the elevator. The breakfast was a really good breakfast with lots of healthy choices and I just wish I had more time to really enjoy it. The staff was nice and friendly. They also have a restaurant which again, if I had enough time, I would have enjoyed it, it seemed that it was popular among locals. Highly recommend this hotel if you ever find yourself in Chur.

United KingdomI had a single room near the lift, could hear every noise in the hallway. Room a little old fashioned, but couldn’t fault cleanliness or facilities.
Location in the old town so close to everything. I had a single room, bed was really comfortable, bathroom spotless, shower great. It had a kettle with choice of tea or coffee, unusual in Europe. Staff were helpful. Breakfast had a good selection even if presentation was a little unusual, food was good.
