Nothing to complain about

Everything was brilliant, the property is located in a very pristine location up top, the porter service was excellent once your arrive at the zermatt train station, everything is taken care off. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the check in process, the rooms with the balcony had an amazing Matterhorn view, even the outdoor heated pool is magical & a must try during your stay. The hotel staff were polite and kind.

-paying the train each time to get to the hotel is not ideal unless you spend your time just at the hotel -pool would expect it to be warmer but luckily we had sunny days during our stay - maybe during winter they do increase the temperature

nice view! Services are all good. We don’t need to worry about anything. The whole journey from Täsch parking space to the lobby is very smooth and very planned. restaurant Alexandra tastes good too. The room has a large shared balcony where I can directly photo a starry night.

This hotel is beyond my expectations. I stayed at Gornergrat mountain top 3100 Kulmhotel last time, but I think Riffelalp 2222m is better. The staff are so welcoming. When I checked out, they also provided service of sending luggages to Zermatt railway station directly, which was extraordinary. So I could go mountain climbing and didn’t need to come back again for the luggages. The facilities in the hotel were perfect too - nice pool, gym, PS4, kids playground… etc. And I love the breakfast here. I will definitely come back again!

Everything was good, only minor thing was that the restaurants made a few small mistakes and the music in the bar is rather loud. But the latter point is more a matter of taste than criticism.

Location is absolutely fantastic, also very nice facilities. Special place on earth with the Matterhorn right in your view. Staff very friendly!

For such a property with such a standard, I believe there is a HUGE gap to improve the standard of the breakfast, since I would categorise this property alongside the likes of Ciragan Palace Kempinski in Istanbul, and ahead of the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St Moritz, and the Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrât (Four Seasons), and Mont Cervin Palace, you can try to at least match the breakfast offering of the Mont Cervin at least, honestly i was disappointed by the poor selection and offering.

One of the best properties I have been to around the world, an embodiment of wonderful!
