We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room itself is clean and they do housekeeping everyday. The hotel is in a lovely alpine village and the view of the lake is always stunning! Breakfast selection was decent but didn’t change much during our stay.

DenmarkThe breakfast was the same every day and not very interesting. We had two rooms, one in the main building and one of the annexes. The room in the main building was a bit worn out and the carpets on the floors were smelly. You don’t get very much for all the money you pay. We would rather look for something else if we are going back.
There is a beautiful view of the lake from the hotel. There is a small path downhill from the hotel making access to the lake easy. The staff was friendly.

Chinaconvenient location, near the bus station and around 15 minutes by bus to thun town &railway station. The room has a very good view of the lake thun and room is very clean and big enough and the toilet and shower room is quite big too. The hotel is located in the living area , therefore , I can enjoy a piece of quiet . It is as good as it is introduced by the webside. Have a dinner at the restaurant of the hotel is a good experience, the food is very good.

United StatesWe had a bit of a problem with the restaurant the first day there when we had lunch while waiting for the room to be ready. The wrong soup was delivered to my husband, we had to ask for napkins, and we never did receive the bruschetta we ordered. We were lodged in the annex and the Wi-Fi was not working for much of the day. They had to contact an IT person to fix it and it finally was fixed and worked well after that.

TurkeyThe apartment was in the roof floor, the ceiling was very near when sleeping. Breastfeeding the baby while sitting on the bed was uncomfortable. The bed in the sitting room was always falling if you sit on the front side of the bed.

TurkeyWe have requested a baby bed/cot but once we arrived to hotel there wasn't any baby bed. The staff carried out but it was kind of broken in one side. So we have feared and not used. It was an uncomfortable stay because beds are 2 twins and we have to sleep with baby.
Thun area was great. Hotel location is good. Annex side there is no lake view but you can smell it :) Staff was good. Breakfast was very good. Bakery products, cheese, coffee all good. Breakfast view is also amazing. Thanks

United KingdomA number of rooms are in the annex which is behind the hotel with limited view. If you are unfit, get a taxi from station with your suitcases. Walk to hotel from bus stop about 700m and quite uphill.

Warm welcome and pleasant staff. Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable, nice view of the lake. Really good location for having a walk around. Lovely view of the lake and mountains towards Interlaken from the road outside the hotel. Pleasant evening meal in the garden. Lovely view of the lake from the breakfast room where there was a good selection. Easy parking opposite the hotel.
