some guests are a bit noisy past 10pm. there should signs of quiet hours everywhere as some people are so loud that they forget they aren’t the only ones staying there.

Only a few minor maintenance items that need attention. while hotel restraunt not open it is surrounded by a number of bars and restraunts that locals all use.

Fantastic views from balcony of the Mattahorn, warm and comfortable. Zermatt is a fantastic place, this hotel is an area frequented by locals but only 2 minutes from the busy main street.

Doors are not very soundproof so will hear the sounds of people walking around in the corridor or closing their doors.

Hotel does not have a staff person present through the night and access to the building needs to be tightened up. We had an incident with someone who was not supposed to be in the hotel getting in during the night.

Location was great. I enjoyed being in the center of town but away somewhat from the commercial area. Very convenient to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Room was comfortable and very clean. I had a small balcony with a view of the Matterhorn (when it decided to show itself). The room was a good value although the breakfast that I paid extra to have was limited, but I did get a really nice cappuccino.

5 minutes walking distance to Station, no need to climb. room is cozy and clean, self check in and out flexible and easy. Staffs are very nice. Left-Luggage is convenient. Nice balcony with view of Matterhorn only unfortunately when we’re staying it was cloudy.

Really dark at the hallway, room size is small but acceptable. The only thing bothering me is the slow flow of water in the shower.

We paid for breakfast in the hotel the night before and got told late morning that breakfast was in another hotel across the road. They did not tell us this.

The beds were so comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy Location was good too.

The stair to access the room is narrow for a large bag to access to upper level.

The hotel is in front of an aprés ski bar so from h17 until 19 there is loud music. The ventilation system of the hotel restaurant is passing between the walls of the rooms therefore the floor is vibrating from h 18-22. The staff is very chilled about it and recommend to the guests to go out if you do not like either the floor vibration or the loud music.

The impersonal nature of the staff. Only there to collect money. The bedroom was a different one than they wrote down, having said that I think I was on the quieter side as the bar opposite had music blasting until late at night.

The waterproof curtain in the bathroom smells too moldy so we have to stop breathing or use mouth to breathe as we used the toilet. The length of curtain is too long so the bottom of curtain gets wet and hard to get dry. We strongly advise the owner change the curtain in proper length for better experience of guests.

The hotel is located well because it’s close to the station and has Matterhorn view. Also, we had a good coffee time on the balcony with excellent view because coffee powder and kettle are provided in the room. Overall we recommend the hotel to everyone.
