A bit of noise from the other room but this is not a major issue, the plus outweigh this minor "minus".

Very nice hotel all the staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The kids loved it and we were treated exceptionally well. The breakfast was very good, there was a large choice and one could ask for eggs to be made on the spot. The pizza restaurant makes delicious pizza, we ate there twice and twice were impressed. Thank you to the restaurant staff and to the chef who was very kind with the children. We forgot some items in the room upon check out and Carmen was very kind to organize to send it to us promptly. We will not forget this great experience. Thank you to everyone !

No elevator. They should have made it clear on Booking. No screens on windows or air conditioning. One or the other would have been nice No staff on premises for check in check out. Only way to reach anyone was by email.

The room was OK but it looked way better on the pictures. It was rather small, had no balcony, and the restaurant was closed so there was no possibility to sit on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view. The parking is on the other side of the street in a curve which is rather inconvenient with luggage.

The hotel is in a very nice location with many hiking paths starting from the property.

The bathroom was quite small for a big person like me, definitely won’t fit two. The floors are a little squeaky and the rooms are definitely not sound proof.

Tidy rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The view of the mountains from the Guesthouse is spectacular and is a sight to wake up to. Breakfast was quite decent and you can ask the kitchen for something extra in case of special dietary needs.

The floor/ceilings are pretty thing, so if you have heavy footed neighbors or kids above you, good luck sleeping. But, overall, with that being really the only downside, don't hesitate to book a stay here!

The view! One of the best views we've had at an accommodation. Absolutely beautiful. The breakfast at the parent establishment down the road was very tasty. A great spread for vegetarians as well as even lactose intolerant people. The pizza at the restaurant downstairs was pretty tasty. The staff at both places were very friendly and accommodating! Even the outside neighbors (cows) weren't too bad. ;) And again, the view. Just wonderful!

The location is not that good and it’s in the small village but it’s okay because it’s next to Interlaken and the public transport is very convenient.

Had to drive to another hotel for breakfast. Could hear other guests throuh the wall. Pillows terribly uncomfortable. TV remote batteries were not changed. Kettle power cord too short and doesn reaosch the furniture its on. No electric outlets next to the bed. Bedside lamps way too bright.

The TV in the room in the room didn’t work. The door was difficult to close without slamming it and making a noise. Breakfast wasn’t amazing just adequate. A bit strange only by coincidence I found an envelope by the entrance with keys for our room but we had checked in in person earlier at reception.

Very clean and no issue to have bathroom shared. Good size room and interesting decor. Friendly staff at Wetterhorn Hotel for check-in. Nice to have a coffee machine in the room. We ate at the pizzeria and it was good. I probably would return to the hotel again in the future. Like the overall concept.

We were staying at the end of September, and the heating didn't work. The restaurant downstairs didn't have a lactose free option. My wife ate there and told me that it was nice.

First thing you'll notice is that they have free parking, in both buildings. Spend some time in Switzerland and you'll get my excitement over this. BTW, if you use buses, the station is next to the hotel. Next step is the automatic check-in which didn't work for us, but the staff in the main building (hotel Wetterhorn) sort it out. The room itself was huge, clean and contained a table with a kettel teabags and coffee. Also the view was amazing. The breakfast is in hotel Wetterhorn, and you can find there also vegan and lactose free food.

The reception should teach people how to shut their doors. During my 3 nights stay, someone of the room in front of me was slamming the door trying to shut it every time they were going out. Too noisy and disturbing, that's why the place didn't get 10.

Comfortable rooms, the sink in the room helps a lot you don't have to go to the shared bathroom to brush your teeth for example. Shared bathroom spotless, nothing to complain about it. My room also had a nice view. The hotel gave us a free public transport pass, including train, bus and cable car, it helped a lot because we couldn't rent a car.

Thin walls, the man from the next room was snoring and we did not sleep almost all night, in the early morning the cleaner women was making noise with a vacuum cleaner and cleaning rooms,our hotel day was until 11 and it should be a time of silence and relaxation, we were after long travel. Already before 10 pm it was impossible to eat anything in the restaurant. Also after 17pm was impossible contact with personel if you have problem you can wait till next day. Comunication very bad.

Clean and nice room also good localisation. Mountains view.
