Bathroom was on the outside of the room across the hall, very close to the front desk. Was private and for our use only though.

Basic room with character. Very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

A lot was left to desire regarding cleanliness. Old building and equipments. No light in the toilet (although an ad hoc lamp was present). Toilet seat was broken. Shower door was broken. No dish washer soap.

The host is not responsive, the first night was very cold. We asked to borrow a personal heater but got no response even until now all of my messages got ignored.

Very affordable the room is spacious, location is wonderful.

There wasn't a broom in the kitchen so we are not able to sweep the floor when it gets dirty. We stayed a total of 4 nights so it will be useful to have one. The mattress, towels and bedlinen need to be changed. Their expiry dates are long overdue:(

The location is very convenient and close to the train station and bus stop. The property may be a bit dated but the apartment is fairly clean and meet most of my requirements. The cleaning lady is very responsive to my requests and Luca at the reception is very helpful with various information that I need. I was initially a little skeptical about this property especially with the mixed reviews, but it somehow diminished soon after.

The bathroom accumulates water. Water leaks from the shower and just stays outside. We had to put down a couple of towels, which would not dry.

Communicated on whatsapp/message before arrival, was told to message 30 mins before arrival. Picked up keys at reception after arrival. The hotel is close to Interlaken West station. No Television - which i appreciated :)

Shower bar bracket broken, had to hold by hand. Bed mattresses uncomfortable: soft on twin, very sagging in the middle on the large bed. Only one English movie channel.

Large size, very good kitchen. Enough chairs for the family. Plenty of shelves and storage space. Many tv news channels.

Was outdated and never saw any staff members. Staff didn't even reply back to our messages when asked for a extra fan as we only had one fan

The property is a bit old. Wifi is terribly slow and keeps disconnecting.

They let us in much earlier than our actual check in time. Which was great as we didnt have to wait outside with the kids. We stayed in apartment eiger which was on the ground floor, so did not have any trouble with moving our luggage etc. The location is great, amazing restaurants, bus stop, train station and everything you need nearby. The property was clean and tidy and beds were comfortable.

One thing I did not like is they never answered your call neither reply your messages. Unfortunately I have missed my flight and I tried to call them more then 10/15 times but no body answered me . I have Messeges them but no reply we had to buy an emergency ticket and on second day we have arrived. Wifi was not that strong . I had to use my daughters Hotspot!

The location was Excellent. Shop, Market, Mall everything was very near.

Advertising of apartment for six people did not live up to our expectation, especially the attic apartment on the 3rd floor. Somewhat difficult for someone 81 & 75 years old, two adults and two young almost adult children.

Friendliness and service provided by the host and location of other services (restaurants, grocery-store, bakery).

Nobody answer me for my requirement , l ask invoice of the payment for the apartment , but until now nothing happened about our invoice , also the booking . com doesn't do anything for me.

Bunker beds made uncomfortable would be good if they were separate beds. There is no Carpet or clothes in the washroom to clean the legs that came out of the washroom, floor is too slippery. Too cold over the night, and the heaters were not working. Wifi is dead slow and nothing works, only shows wifi symbol. TV is no use, nothing works in it, cause of wifi issues nothing loads, couldn't manage to see at least one video on YouTube.

The location is very good. This is my second visit to the same hotel and I have visited and liked it.
