We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyThere are few issues, most of which could be easily fixed, which would make the place a 9 or even a 10/10: 1. The wooden cupboard door in front of the dishwasher is not properly attached to the frame (the screws are missing). When I tried to open it, the door came off and almost fell on my toes. 2. The sofa bed is not very comfortable. Moreoever, it's a little squeaky and the mattress seems to be old (has some stains and is a little saggy). 3. There isn't any information as to waste disposal, and there is not a single official garbage bag ("sac taxé") in the flat. So you either have to take out the garbage in the "untaxed" bag (which is illegal), or you have to buy your own "sac taxé" (which is inconvenient and there isn't any info as to where you can buy one), or you have to simply leave the waste in the flat and hope that the cleaners deal with it "the correct way". I think it would help a lot if there was a little info regarding waste disposal (what goes where, what are you supposed to do with it when you leave, etc.). As others have mentioned, a microvave oven would be a great improvement.
It's a nice place with a spacious balcony and a great view of the mountains. Plenty of hiking opportunities nearby.

United KingdomLocation is great with absolutely fabulous mountain views. It is just a tiny bit away from the central town but this is good as we've stayed in the center in the past and each time found it very noisy at night - with people enjoying late night entertainments - which isn't great if you are there for a quick break to grasp some fresh mountain air. Building is located on a quiet street and is within short walk to main street, shops, transport access, ski station. Property itself is very clean, organized and very well equipped for a truly comfortable stay. In fact, we've now stayed there several times and are looking forward to return when we are next in Crans-Montana.

SwitzerlandNo curtains and blinds broken. Direct sunlight in bed since 8 am. They told us they are broken since month, but let us arrive and told us to go and look for another place if we don't like it. Or 10 percent discount. No thanks! a fair treatment with upfront information. That is agreeable. Absolutely Non professional hospitality host. Can not organize a curtain over month. Keep your 10 percent for that.
