Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United Kingdom- the pillows are extremely soft and quite uncomfortable - the shuttle bus service is fairly limited and sometimes fully booked (it is advised to book at least 30min in advance but even then you maye be told it’s fully booked already) - no “ski-to-door” facility - we could see some skiers managing to come down a tiny piste but we could never find it; 300m to the ski lift which is not bad but again the shuttle service could be better - the rooms are fairly small with a tiny bathroom which lacks privacy completely (the bathroom door does not slide completely to the wall) - bathrobes can be rented (which makes no sense given the accommodation provides a spa facility and you would definitely need to rent one if you are in a different building to the one where the spa is) - room temperature difficult to adjust - staff at reception could be more welcoming and less rushed (although it was not busy at all when we arrived). They offer you a 4-day ski pass and when you suggest you would only need a 3-day one they become dismissive and say the offer falls off. They don’t really provide you with any relevant information unless you enquire (which is quite difficult as you can’t know what you don’t know). For example, one v relevant thing for us would have been to be told there is a “Night Run” on one of the nearby slopes that only runs on Fridays.
Lovely views, good breakfast with small but great quality food (although the scrambled eggs could be improved) and very clean rooms. The hotel also offers a great discount for ski rental at the Suvretta Sports Alpine Center.

SwitzerlandBreakfast is a bit simple (but absolutely sufficient!)
Excellent location for a weekend in the mountains! Value for money is fantastic, especially considering the fact that the chair lift is only a few steps away from the hotel. Staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

Saudi ArabiaLocated to far from St Moritz city center (restaurants, bars, train station, shopping, mercado, etc). Better to rent a car if you want to feel free and have a good time. The vans that they offer to do the transfers are very limited for the amount of guests that need it. You have to reserve in advance (better 24 hours before) and that means you have no liberty, most of the time they are full. Better to take a taxi, but they charge 50 Euros from center city to the hotel, one way. You could find some of them in 30 or 40 euros if you're in a lucky day. Most of the staff in front desk and restaurant are very rude in their behavior ( You can save only 2 or 3 of them). The pillows...Terrible! The facilities are OK but you have to walk to much to get your room, if they assigned you one of the cabins outside of the main building. Imagine moving you luggage yourself in the middle of a snow storm.. The breakfasts are OK, but with no many alternatives for a hotel this category, in St. Moritz. Every morning, you're going to find the same things to eat
The hotel has very good facilities. It's clean. The van drivers were very friendly , also the room service ladys. It's close to Suvetra ski area and ski school (500 mt aprox). The restaurants are good for lunch or dinner. Many alternatives of food (Italian, Swiss, etc) The spa area is fine and clean.

United StatesSuites are very basic. You get a bed, fold out sofa, wooden table and chairs in the 2 room suite. Bathrooms are also extremely basic; although towel warmers are installed in the shower room. There was a TV, refrigerator and safe in the suite, but no kettle or coffee maker. Decorative style could have been called minimalist, but it seems that no thought was given to even attempting to provide any decor. As with many of the hotels with radiant heating in Europe, it’s terribly difficult to regulate the temperature of the rooms . St. Moritz is very cold in the winter and our rooms were either burning hot or freezing cold. The down comforters offer no easy solution either. You spend the night sweating or shivering.
Gorgeous scenery and a terrific aqua therapy spa and sauna. Restaurant and breakfast buffet were very nice. This is the perfect spot for a ski trip or for nature excursions. Hotel shuttle to and from St. Moritz enabled us to almost exclusively use public transportation. Taxis are readily available. There is great shopping in St. Moritz.

CanadaThere is nothing we didn't like.
Great views of the mountains. We paid a bit more to get a balcony as our original booking did not have one, it was well worth it. It has a great spa which we enjoyed for the afternoon. The food was also excellent, I know Switzerland has high standards but this property is rated as 3 star - it should be 4 to 4.5 star. They also have a very good staff that helped us with local attractions to visit.

SwitzerlandNo cozy lounge area besides the restaurant. Could not sit anywhere after 10 pm Beds were hard and only one pillow offered. Bathrobes had to be rented. Limited shuttle service in terms of hours and number of guests in the bus. So the location was a bit too far from the town center to walk.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Very tolerant with our big puppy dog. Modern wellness facilities. Public transport, Télécabine and gondolas offered by the hotel.

United StatesThe shuttle only ran 4 times in the morning and 4 in the evening. It was 50+ CHF to go one way from St amortization to the hotel and the last shuttle did not allow enough time to have dinner and get back. The shuttle and cost really limited our ability to go into town.

United StatesThe Stube was somewhat lacking in charm.
Modern accommodation in the poshest neighborhood in St. Moritz. Very helpful and communicative desk staff. The property is basically a compound of buildings. The studio room was at the 50m line with a pleasant, high view of the valley and mountains. Nice breakfast with some international items like bacon. The clientele is very international. The aesthetic is not old Engadine but typical modern Swiss. Bedding was comfortable and parking was plentiful.
