People walking butt naked out of the saunas which was bit odd.

Very central and easy to get to. When we complained about the smell of the room. The room was changed right away which was appreciated as we had two little ones. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were also. The swimming pool.

Good sized room, comfy bed, good bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfast buffet had a large range/choice and was very tasty. We checked out the pool - amazing! Staff were very helpful - thanks Laura with printing help, and Christian for information at check in.

I hoped the pool water was warmer, but it's more like swimming pool temperature.

Nice cosy room, lot's of photographs on the walls in the corridors, nice ambiente. Very friendly staff. Nice big pool more for swimming than relaxing. Good location, right next to Tram-Stop: Heuwaage.

I did not like the Car parking area/ the entry and exit was same also sometimes too tight for two cars. there were also no lift going directly to the room or lobly.

We liked the morning breakfast. it was very nice and good combination of food. Loby was very specious.

More staff are need to assist with customer services.

The staff were amazing, specially Mohammed Ali and Laura. The comfort of the guest was their ultimate goal. We got complementary breakfast for one day and parking for our stay due some inconvenience with the maintance. The location is great near public transportation and there are restaurants and shops just walking distance from the hotel.

On our second stay here, the room was very dirty. Apart from the traces of dust we found on our first stay, we also had very stained bathroom taps, and towels with hairs on them. Additionally, the room was very outdated, the furniture was heavily chipped, as were the door frames, and the shower hose was broken and leaking water. We were also shocked by the hotel's resturant/bar prices, with a bottle of water costing us a ridiculous CHF10.

The location is great, the rooms are quite big, and the beds are very comfortable.

The room wasn't clean enough, there were quite a lot of traces of dust and the AC system was very outdated and hard to operate. The restroom was so small that the shower door hit the toilet every time we opened it and the TP holder was placed behind the bathroom door which made for a very awkward setting.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the train station and the downtown area. The rooms are quite big which was great.

Limited place in the parking. Sometimes the parking was full so we had to park somewhere else.

The room was very spacious and clean and quiet. The beds were big. It was great to have a fitness centre and pool. And the breakfast was good with a lot of options. It was also a very nice location, a lot of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, like 3 min walk from the hotel. The hotel also gave free travel card for transportation which was really practical.

No downsides except the prices. Room itself was very OK-priced but 32 CHF per person for breakfast and 30 CHF per night for the parking garage is rediculously expensive in my opinion. For these prices i would recommend parking and having breakfast outside the hotel.

Clean, tidy and big rooms. All the facilities we needed were there. Really nice hotel, no complainments about it whatsoever.
