It took me a bit of time to understand where the entry of the building was. The hotel itself you see immediately from the street. Then you have to go up the stairs (follow the indication to the bar). I have back problems, the bed was not very comfortable to my taste.

The hotel location is exceptional, just in front of the thermal baths. I had a very nice view from my room. The building is very charming: some people wrote in their reviews that everything is old, but for me it was not a problem at all, since it was somehow adding to the atmosphere of the hotel. The dinning room, where I had breakfast was spacious and beautiful, I felt I was having my breakfast in a palace. Jakub is super friendly and made me feel welcomed. He was extremely proactive in addressing all the questions I had.

The building is 100 years old, do not expect much silence.

The hotel is huge comparing to other, so, there is more chance to get a room. The facilities are controversial but the view... Oh, my god, this view from the window!

The main entrance of the hotel was hard to find. When arriving on the main street, one can see the hotel, but the entrance is somewhat hidden.

The rooms and bathrooms need remodeling.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bar stayed open late and it was fun staying up late.

Shared bathroom is never ideal but passable, noise insulation and overall building conditions were not ideal, quite old building...

The bus to the ski lifts was right at the doorstep, very convenient. Included meals were very nice!

We were not able to lock our doors from the inside. We had a difficulty to locate wi-fi details (password) - we eventually found it on notice board next to reception.

Great location, good breakfast, kind stuff. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no one at reception when we came (we find one of personnel during breakfast next day) but we found a room key prepared for us - so that was okay. We were able to leave our luggage at reception after checking-out from the room.

the setup, furniturne etc is partially old and out of date and some things, e.g. doors, would benefit from a little renovation. we slept well though and did not miss anything in particular during our stay.

extremely friendly and helpful staff, we really appreciated the uncomplicated support they gave us eventhough we were off the normal tourist schedule with e.g. taking the 5am train to travel to Engadin Skimarathon. great location in the middle of town and close to the bogn engiadina.

I needed some hot water at night and the place did not have a hot water jug; not even in the kitchen. Wifi was not reliable.

Everything from the reception to the conditions of the hotel, the room, the HORRIBLE smell, even bugs crawling on the hotel floor... The hotel needs to be inspected and closed immediately.

Horrible stay in extremely dirty hotel. Broken bed, no matress protector, brown gross matress you could see the stains trough the sheet, dirty used bath mat, smeary mirror and bathroom. Thin walls, we had great neighbors, mainly families but the walls are so thin you can hear other people snore at night time. We didn't see any staff at the reception, checked in 3pm and checked out 8.30am, no one was there. The floors are not vacuumed, not in the room and not in the shared areas. For CHF 150.- per night it was extremely bad, I will never go back and will not recommend this to anyone.
