Too expensive for quality, Unhelpful staff. Carpets in room need cleaning. Wallpaper needs replacing. Generally past its prime & in need of TLC. Saddest moment- tiny packet of shampoo/body wash - just in a little plastic pouch. No airco. Boring breakfast. We fortunately read restaurant reviews before eating there. A shame, could be really nice.

It was not clear during booking that there is no massages in spa. I booked this hotel for spa and messages. So I was disappointed that they dint have it. No air-conditioned room, at least one I was in. Smoking rooms - in some rooms smoking was allowed and smoke smell went into my room.

The rooms are old and need maintenance. Things are breaking down, like the paper on the walls is coming off, the bathtub had broken components. The safe didn't work. The WIFI was terrible. There is no air conditioner and the rooms get hot. There were a lot of dead mosquitos splattered on the ceiling. The photos of the rooms were probably taken many years ago. It would be a great place if it received some attention.

The location was great, just in front of the lake. The room view was wonderful. The pool, spa, and gym were also very nice, even though we didn't used them as much as we could. The breakfast was the best I had in our stay in Switzerland.

Room smelled of cigarettes when we checked in, there are signs telling people to smoke outside and close the door, but smokers tend to be selfish so appreciate this is difficult to police. There is no AC, In summer one would want to sleep with the window open, but people drinking outside in the bar made this impossible until they got bored at maybe 2am.

The location is amazing. The price was also brilliant for the location and the facilities were great for the price. The spa and gym really are great.

Room were not given, what it was told on booking.com, it was tell to given air-conditioned room, but we were given a normal family room, with not even fan in it and lighting in the room was so poor that it was very hard to see in the evening and have to use mobile flash light for normal stuff.

The hotel style was outdated and the rooms we stayed were quite worn.The economy rooms had no A/C and were quite hot to sleep at night.

In the center of Weggis lake shore , close to all the restaurants , next to the pier for the lake boats. Very convenient place.

Rooms are very old and kind of dirty. The shower was clogged, the staff don't bother to look or talk to you. Looks like they all gave up on this hotel..

The church bells went off every 15 mins and carried on through the night. No air conditioning. The plain glass door to the bathroom.

The only issue we have encountered was that there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Therefore the smell and humidity in the bathroom was hard to get rid of. I think a hotel of this caliber should sort this ventilation issue out.

The property is at a great location, right by the lake next to the ferry station. Rooms have a balcony overlooking the Lucerne Lake. Room size is big enough for two people. We asked to add a baby cot for our 1,5 year old. The property provided the cot without any extra cost. With the baby the room was a bit tight but still sufficiently big for a short stay. A very good breakfast was available at the property. There was a good variety and plenty of food. Staff was also very kind and helpful.

I simply cannot understand why some hotels think it’s posh to have sliding glass doors to the bathroom which do not even close entirely. At least there was an additional curtain; otherwise you can watch yourselves sitting on the pott - and your company as well. 🫢

The hotel is nicely located at the lake and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Personally, we found the room cozy and everything was clean. The garage can be easily reached from the reception.

General level of lighting in corridors and rooms was quite low. Staff were helpful to deal with the need to change rooms.

Because of problems with the in-room safe not working and with intermittent air conditioner buzzing we changed rooms twice.

No A/C. horrible. had to ask for a fan to sleep. also asked 4 times for an iron. didnt have one. for that money. seriously. Weggis is nice. hotel with a little more care would be great. but they fell short
