We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesEgon and his family went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They helped me arrange rental skis for the weekend and personally directed me to the best restaurants within walking distance. Parking at the hotel was convenient and the bus stop for Saas Fee was right across the street.

NetherlandsVery nice and helpful hotel owners. The lady who provided breakfast was also very spontaneous, open and helpful. Nice room, quiet and clean. Bed and shower are good! Bedmatras was a little to soft for me .. so I turned it around and it was oke! Nice breakfast (08.00-10 00) Great that you can go with the bus for free ( with Saastal card).

Super nice and friendly hosts, good location. Take a walk to Saas-Fee by foot, it's about 1hr and super nice.

Igon the owner was so helpful and accommodating to have breakfast ready earlier for our schedule and lent us a sling for my son’s dislocated shoulder - THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY
