Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Clean and spacious apartments that are well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils. Great spa area - loved the jacuzzi and saunas! Really good value for money and a quick walk to the restaurants at Rocksresort and short shuttle ride to the ski lift.

SwitzerlandNot much to dislike overall. A more varied kids offering in the in-house restaurant (s'Nani) would be nice and would have made us eat there at least once or twice during our stay. Our apartment was all single beds, even in the master bed room.
Spent a lovely week for our autumn holiday at Peaks Place. We rented a two-bedroom apartment for our family of 4 (2 kids aged 11 and 9) and our dog. The apartment was a great size for our needs and offered all the amenities required for our stay. The resort itself offers a lot for a great experience in the mountains, from the restaurant and the views, to the pool area for the kids and the spa for mom. There is a gas station/convenience store just outside of the resort for a quick shop and the main shops are accessible by a short walk or a bus ride.

The apartment is spacious and clean with a lot of storage. The bathroom is of a good size and clean. The balcony is big with a nice view of the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped. My dog and cat were very much welcome to stay at the hotel. Spa facilities are amazing. We will definitely make this place as our second home for winter and Easter holidays. Can’t wait to go back!
