This hotel is the best one I have ever been to. It's worth every penny. You have an incredible view of Matterhorn when you're eating or drinking at their bar, when enjoying your after-hike jacuzzi. The breakfast had great products with high quality. The scrambled eggs were to die for. Their Wes Anderson aesthetic makes your stay feel a bit more special! A hotel full of luxury and character!

The view of our room facing Matterhorn is really beautiful. The outdoor pool is also a good spot for pictures. Staff is very helpful on booking tickets and others.

Matthorn view is fantastic. The hotel is five minutes walking to the Main Street or to the cable car station with peace. The shuttle taxi of the hotel can pick you up from the train station but need reserved. The breakfast is good . The swimming pool and outside spa are great.

Breakfast, even if it's good in a Swiss standard... Could be a bit more luxurious.

Elegant boutique hotel with amazing spa, and unforgettable outside pool with Matterhorn view. The staff were superb, recommending things to do where to eat. Location is excellent. The small sweets and drinks in the room really were something. My new favorite in Zermatt.

2nd time here. A perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate after a Materhorn ultraks marathon. Amazing view to Materhorn from the pool and rooms. The incredibly welcoming, accomodating people at the front desk.The dining was a culinary delight. The wine from the nearby region. Superb breakfast.

What a wonderfully comfortable, GREAT location with EXCELLENT food! Breakfast was filling with many options. Dinner was divine with many options for meat eaters & a few for vegetarians. The giant tubs inside & outside helped soothe sore muscles while enjoying the views. There are spa services also. The hotel shuttle picked us up at the Zermatt Bahnhof (train station) for a quick 5 minutes ride to the hotel. And the VIEWS OF THE MATTERHORN & surrounding mountains--OH MY! How does one describe perfection? GREAT CHOICE for a honeymoon or to re-commit to lifelong marriage. Rain or shine. This is the place to be.

The bathroom was huge but only one sink. And the hot tub wasn’t hot enough. But heck they had one! Actually 3 2 indoors and 1 out. Sure during ski season they got that baby cranking. But the sauna temp was perfect!

Met us at the train stop everyone friendly. Room was big great deck looking at the Matterhorn which cost extra but worth every dollar ! Breakfast was fantastic. Great omelette fresh squeezed oj 5 star place at 4 star prices Very comfortable. Not stuffy at all
