Pool was great but hard to find! Restaurant very expensive but, hey, it's Switzerland! Supplied tea in room but not coffee.

A few suggestions for management but nothing major: 1. Underfloor heating is great but does not need to be on so high at night. Our whole group (3 rooms, different floors) had to sleep with the windows open else the room was hot and stuffy. It just seems like wasted energy bills for you. 2. The breakfast is reasonable but for 250/night I would expect a bit more e.g. offering freshly made egg dishes 3. It’s fantastic to get spa access with the room but I think a robe in addition to the sauna towel would be a nice touch. Perhaps even washable/reusable slippers 4. The spa area needs to be manned - the swimming pool/hydro pool area is chaos. There were lots of kids and I saw at least 3 children slip and fall on water around the pool and I was only there for 20 mins. In general there needs to be some sort of mats/ water management because the floors throughout the spa are just covered in pools of water and it makes it dangerous and anything but relaxing.

Hotel is ageing and could do with a bit of tender love and care. Breakfast was a bit basic, but then there were not many guests staying at the time, so perhaps spreads are better during the season. Horrible pillows.

As was expected from a much-used hotel in a popular skiing resort.

Mosquitoes.. Was a bit hot when I arrived so windows had to be opened.. Window nets would have made this place a 10.

Although the hotel does not look the newest from the outside, the room was very spacious, modernly furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel at the end of the city brings the required peace of mind for sleeping. The breakfast was very good. The service was very attentive and the check-in was lightning fast. You can have an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant. Parking was convenient and there were plenty of places.

Its a "sports friendly" place, so the place has ceramic tile flooring. This transfers a bit more noise from other guests.

The breakfasts were really good. There was a good spread of food available. I dined at the restaurant on my first night and the food was really good. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I was there on a motorcycle and Disentis is centrally located to do most of the spectacular mountain passes like Furka and Grimsel.

My room was modern and a good size, also very clean. Being on an upper floor and the Hotel being off the main road it was quiet. My evening meals taken at the Bar didn't meet my expectations especially at the prices charged (but this is Switzerland!)

Room was lovely except for ants by patio door. Room needed a proper sweep before I arrived and flying ants needed to be sorted. Had one crawling in me at night, made me jump

Very good value for money. Great place especially for dog owners like me. Dogs stay for free, and the hotel even has an agility park. The hotel is rather basic but good value. And you can use the outstanding wellness area of the neighbouring Catrina resort.

The hotel offers free wifi, but it was either real slow, or not working. Also, we were disappointed the restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday and Monday. There is a nice pizzeria, about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, that served really good food with good service.

Good breakfast. Beautiful, spacious rooms, quiet location away from the main road through town, up in the mountains. Our stay included free cable car access to the mountains in several ski areas for hiking, and biking. Lots of things to do with the children, the little goats entertained us.

The wifi was 100% useless in our room. TV had Netflix feature but also wouldn’t connect. We also could t find pool and wellness in other buildings across street with bad facility map and no signage.. ended up not using.

The hotel has many locations for different restaurants/swimming pool. The traditional restaurant in the hotel was perfect. Very friendly employees (especially reception and breakfast).

Location is poor if there’s no snow in Disentis- 700m walk to the nearest train station Acla for you to commute to other ski slopes, which is a bit far to walk if you are carrying skis and wearing ski boots. No good restaurants near the hotel as most restaurants are near the main Disentis train station. Housekeeping is inconsistent- they forgot to clean our room one day. Reception hours are too short- there is no one to contact after 9pm and there are no phones in the room. Even during working hours, often there is no one at the reception, but a sign to say that guests should get help by looking for people in the restaurants. Be prepared to use your cell phone to reach hotel staff.

Hotel room is nice and breakfast is good. They provide pickup and dropoff from Disentis train station which is 1.1km walk away, which is helpful.
