We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

the breakfast was amazing, the staff was so kind and printed our parking pass that we needed printed for our hike. The room was clean and comfortable and had ajoining rooms for our family. The only complaint we had was with the pillows , needed a little more supportive pillows , other than that the stay was amazing !!! Thank you

I know this hotel and i have been staying here several times. it is in easy walking distance to the old town of Winterthur but also near some forests and museums.

Happy and super friendly staff! Good choice of breakfast. Nice lush park oasis around the hotel and restaurant. Calm.

United StatesThe exercise room at the hotel is a joke! Too small and crowded, hot, outdated equipment (Sprossenwand ?? 😟) with one machine broken outright with dangling cables. Used towels don’t get picked up on a daily basis. It seems nobody paid attention. In this form it is useless, sorry. If improvement (expansion on-site) is not possible, then please give a discounted admission to guests who want to exercise, for example to one of the many Winterthur fitness clubs. If you want to be a top destination these days, access to a “real” fitness facility, on-site or off-site ) is indispensable. Please take this as a positive feedback, thank you.

FinlandInternet performance and stability was below expectation as well as the sound from the corridors and stair case was coming easily through the room door. Also, the breakfast buffet got easily crowded even with just a handful of people trying to get something. Otherwise there wasn't too much to complain about.
Super friendly staff, all the way from first contact to goodbye. Breakfast lady was just superb in welcoming and remembering our morning drink preferences. Excellent location and also the windows were super-sound proof so even if there was a busy road nearby, you could not hear the sound into the room. Also very friendly cleaning staff. Family friendly!

I thought the hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were a good size with plenty of attention to detail. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and they even went above and beyond to support our needs during the stay. Chinaunfortunately we arrived 5 minutes before the end of breakfast. the staff was visibly offended because breakfast lasts until 10 am and they don't want to wait for guests longer. that's not right considering all the other beauties of the hotel. I felt "kicked out" from breakfast, but I had to take some croissants and cheese, which I ate until 10 am. in the air you could feel how much they were waiting for the breakfast to be over and for the guests to leave the room. that would be the only complaint about your hotel.
